I went to car salon because my vehicle was involved in a collision and went in for repairs and I had an excellent interaction with the people that took care of my vehicle in repairs they were very professional and treated me very well nothing to say about them now while I was in car salon I saw that they had electronics section and I’ve always wanted to put a new stereo in my vehicle so I went over and spoke to Taylor he was very nice at the beginning he quoted me for the whole job that I wanted .. he gave me 3 quotes wich involved radio swap back up camera and front and back safety cameras..I chose the highest price wich was $3100 I had no problem with the price and agree to it until there all good when I went to pick up my vehicle he wasn’t there I paid for my bill and left I started noticing strange things in the job I paid for first the screen he sold me he left it too much out and when I went to shift gears my hand will get caught between the gear handle and the screen .. then I went to back up and I noticed that the back up camera it was exactly the same as I had before so he charged me for labour parts and camera wich he never installed so I decided to call him .. and he changed his tone of voice right away he seemed mad about the issues that I had we made an appointment for the up coming Monday I went to see him and he was mad about the situation I asked him why he was acting like that and reminded him that when I went in the first time he was very nice now he wasn’t I told him about the camera he assured me that he put a new camera and said I will ask my technician about it he went in to the shop came out saying I’m sorry he never put the camera in and said that’s why I took $100 of your bill I said you just assured me you put the camera in now you are saying you forgot at that point I’m just grabbing my head about it so I said just fix my screen so I can use my gear shift without getting my hand caught in between.. he proceeded to take my keys I left I asked him to do what I asked him the first time he said he only had those three options I was obligated to go for a screen we don’t like it he knocked off $997 and I had to leave with a really bad experience and with a product I didn’t like i felt obligated just to take whatever he gave me since I Already paid in full the $3100 this is why o give 3 stars now if anyone needs to hear about it i have proof of all I’m saying .

10 stars if I could, Tony went well above in arranging parts and coordinating the repair. The vehicle was returned with small bonuses such as buffed paint job and a quick car detail. CSN Car salon is highly responsive to post repair issues. I will bring all future car issues or car accessory needs here. Thanks for the awesome service!!

CSN CAR SALON has provided me an excellent service. My car was involved in a rear-ended collision. I brought my car in- on a Monday morning and was all done the following Friday afternoon. They weren’t kidding around when they said “it will be done in a few days” for some companies their ‘few days’ meant weeks. They completed the job in a timely manner and the job was done perfectly. Staff are friendly and helpful.Thank you-

Gave them my truck for some body work , some spray liner and detail. Fantastic, quality work. The staff is exceptional to work with. I love my truck again thanks to this crew. Rates were reasonable. All in all a great experience. Will definitely be going back again.Services: Painting

I bought my dream car paying premium price for it , last owner have a decoration shark fin on the roof which I don't like, I went to the shop for a undercoat, their staff Fitch said they can do it no problem, the fin is off, but my car has been damage, they said that dents was there before, but I am 100% sure they weren't there, the shop quote me $700 to fix the dents that they created, how lovely business model. very disappointed, I will definitely spread my story as much as possible to avoid anyone to hand out their keys
