Everything associated with my dealings with CSN Capital Collision Center was outstanding. Bringing the vehicle for drop off was seamless. It was quick and efficient!
And picking the vehicle up after it was repaired was very timely. I had mentioned to the staff that I needed to go out of town the day of the pickup. They acknowledged that and called me first thing in the morning that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Once I got to the shop the checkout was once again seamless. Quick and efficient!

I was extremely impressed by the great service I received. My car was fixed so quickly and it was cleaned inside and out. Everyone was so friendly and they really took the time to make sure I had a great experience. I was more than happy with the work done on my car. The quality of work here is disappointing, and it seems like there are no proper quality checks in place. I had to return because the initial repairs on my car were poorly done. I’ve been waiting over a month for a replacement part, and the only updates I’ve received have been after I followed up myself. Their excuse was that they ‘have a lot going on right now,’ which is unacceptable.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda West while my car was getting repaired at CSN. She went above and beyond, and ensured that my vehicle was ready before the original finish date, and just in time for my vacation! My car’s release date got moved twice (due to parts being delayed) but I worked in retail at the height of the pandemic so I understand. I know the world hasn’t fully recovered yet from the ramifications of Covid-19. Anyway, when I got my car, it was as good as new. Thank you to the people who worked on my car and to Donna who’s very patient and easy to talk to.
