So, this is a good story that started poorly. I had a cracked driver’s window and brought it to Crystal Glass to be replaced. They replaced it with an off market that wasn’t to the same spec which sometimes is fine but unfortunately in this case didn’t work well, and when I left the shop I noticed that it wasn’t sliding well down the seal and it had wind easily passing through to the car. I brought it back and voiced my concern with the service tech whom indicated to me that it was my weather seal, and they don’t touch the weather seal, and the window clearly was going all the way up, so this wasn’t a “Crystal Glass problem”, and sent me on my way with my leaky window that didn’t leak when I delivered it to their door 5 hrs earlier. I left a bit upset and slept on it. After listening to the wind pass through my car for a couple trips I called them back pretty upset and said this wasn’t going to end well if I have to take it elsewhere.Shannon (I think that’s her name) then put Jamie (lead service tech for Crystal Glass Calgary) on the case. What a PRO!!First off he was accountable and agreed with me, that something wasn’t right. Then he explained to me the difference between the off market, tempered etc etc. then he explained how they would attempt to solve the problem. We came up with a plan, and put the plan in action. Once the new/proper glass was installed, Jamie ensured on a test drive that it rode the seal properly and then was zero wind noise/leakage.Amazing work and thank-you for owning the issue Jamie!!My point to this whole review is simple. To error is human. We all make mistakes and there is no changing that, however when we refuse to accept that as an option we put the companies we represent in a precarious position. I appreciate that when given a second chance to make it right and put in the proper hands this was resolved. I think that type of accountability is lacking in society and I really appreciate how ownership stepped up to the plate.I also hope the other tech learned a valuable lesson, as I think he knows that he probably mishandled that.

Had a shattered sunroof just before a long road trip. The auto dealership said they wouldn't even be able to look at it for about 3 weeks. Crystal Glass (Mitch) on 130th SE came to the rescue. They ordered the OEM glass immediately and had it all installed within a couple of days. Excellent job and for much less money than the dealership estimate.Road Trip Saved!Many Thanks.

Had to remove my light bar on my Jeep but couldn't get it fully uninstalled but the technicians managed to work around it and get the new glass installed in expedited time... Great work!

I had my vehicle broken into and two windows smashed. I have used this location previously and did not hesitate to contact them again. I received professional courteous service and quality workmanship. The staff are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I will happily return to them if/when I require future service and would highly recommend them for anyone seeking glass repair or replacement needs.

I had windshield replacement done in October or November of 2022. I started hearing wind noise after replacement. I never had this issue before the windshield replacement. Took car back to the shop and they diagnosed and said nothing was wrong with it. I thought maybe it's just me and I started ignoring it. Until just now I was sick and tired of the noise. Got the windshield replaced by a different shop and they found the previously the glue was not installed properly and was causing the wind through the seal. Old seal was sitting outside of the frame. See picture.
