I stopped to do a wash, when I pushed the stop button the water did stop and the screen showed $8.00 charge... fast forward .. credit card was billed $20.00 got through to answering machine twice having previously had no success, left message and contact information..to date no response, no attendant on site when going...

Credit card was charged $20 but then refunded $20... But then a few days later I was charged $17 for a 4 minute wash. Won't be back

Don’t use your credit card, was charged $11 for the wash and $20 extra. I’m positive that I pressed stop when done. Many similar reviews claiming the same. Good look getting that $20 back.
