I ordered online because they say fast shipping. needed these items for a trip and its 15 days and still haven't received my shipment. This is not normal for shipping within Canada. Maybe it's better to buy in store but I will not reccomend to buy online unless you are willing to wait weeks.

I called to check status on shipping (because I read excited too receive item) and the staff was polite and professional telling me it has arrived. Learned about this little Canadian shop through VanlifePLUS and I'm so happy I did. Their service and attention to detail is top notch. Prices can't be beat and my item was delivered quickly and efficiently. I bought the heated jacket and it's a game changer. Absolutely excellent company that I will not hesitate to order from again. They even added a hand written note with my item :).

I absolutely love this shop and Jason and Conrad!! They carry top end gear…but the difference is their knowledge of their product and passion for setting you up properly! My Deuter pack was my first purchase , followed by my heated vest, gloves and socks (and bought the same for my husband) and then we splurged on e-bikes which we love! You will not find better customer service or product knowledge anywhere in the city! The bottom line is…They Care. Check them out! I promise you will have an amazing experience!

This is my absolutely favourite outdoor store. The first time I’ve come here as a complete newby in backpacking. Jason was very patient and knowledgeable answering all my questions and recommending the right gear. I ended up purchasing a tent, a sleeping bag, a sleeping pad, a backpack and multiple smaller items.When I had my first backpacking trip this summer it was just wonderful! I had a delicious hot meal in the evening, I was dry, warm and very comfortable at night and after 5 days and 75km on the trail neither my back nor my shoulders hurt.On couple occasions after we had some last minute plans that required certain gear. And that one was delivered to our place (in Calgary) the same evening so the next morning we could take off for our next adventure.Long story short, if you’re looking for a high quality reliable gear that is not overpriced, if you appreciate a great advice and enjoy like-minded people go and check those guys out!

Craze Outdoors was an absolute pleasure to deal with on a recent order I made. My partner and I live in Ontario and recently have gotten into overlanding, so for his birthday, I purchased him a skottle grill. The grill arrived in amazing time, but I realized the size I ordered was too small for what we needed. Craze helped me process my return and replacement with the bigger size so quickly and efficiently, even accommodating an in person return when I traveled to Calgary for business and just brought the skottle with me, even though I purchased it online! They accepted the return in person and shipped the new skottle back for me themselves so I didn't have to cart it home. Amazing service, will definitely shop from them for all of our needs moving forward!
