I had a hit & run, so my insurance company sent me to Craftsman Collision South location, and I just picked up my car Yesterday, and WOW WOW WOW superb service and work, my car look like a NEW AGAIN. I will be referring everyone here for an amazing job, Congratulations to Harj, Gabby and Team ?.

I can not say enough good things about this business and the people that work there. They have gone above and beyond what they needed to do to fix an issue create by another collision center. I implore everyone reading this to use this amazing company when it comes to any automotive body work repair. My only issue is that I can only give them 5 stars when they truly deserve 6 or 7

My car even though it took awhile to get it back looks amazing and I had gotten a detail but they did not do a good job however, this company went above and beyond cleaning my car and they were. Honest they found gift cards I lost and money my son dropped and neatly placed it in the cup holder I am so appreciative as I don't have the means to vacuum or detail my car. I am impressed THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I was very pleased with the friendly helpful service that I received here. They understood that I didn't want my car written off as I've taken good care of it and it'll last many more miles so they set up having the converter replaced and now I can enjoy those many more miles! A real family feel here.

I have my vehicle, A 1999 Toyota Tercel fixed here due to hail damage for 3 years straight. I cant seem to be able to avoid these storms. The ladies up front did not laugh at my car but instead made me very comfortable and made sure I was extremely satisfied with the repairs and kept me updated as they did their magic with my gem of a Toyota. Rentals we’re available, a handsom man picks you up and sets up a rental car with you. Being 58 and never driven anything other than my Tercel. I was hoping to get into a nicer, new car as a rental, I even washed my hair and dressed up for the occasion, but they put me in another 1999 Toyota Tercel…..i mean….i guess its ok. In conclusion, there is no place I would rather go for any repairs on my only car.

My truck was taken to Craftsman Collison by my insurance company to have repair work done on my front bumper. I am extremely happy with the repairs that were completed on the vehicle. The bodywork was done, but I had to wait a week for a backordered sensor to arrive.After I returned home from work, I took my truck in to have the sensor installed and noticed a stain on the front seat. After they installed the sensor, I asked the Manager (Ben) about the stain. I really do not think it was from anyone at Craftsman, I believe it happened when Intact insurance was shuttling my vehicle. Ben was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to determine what the stain was and took steps to remove it. Five minutes later, the leather was back to looking brand new with no permanent damage.Thank you Ben, you provided exceptional customer service!!Service: Body & Trim
