I recently leased my third Nissan vehicle, a Rogue, from Nissan Country Hills, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Wais and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, Wais was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. He patiently guided me through the entire process, from the test drive to discussing the lease options, all while respecting my values as a Muslim. I appreciated his sensitivity in accommodating my needs, which made the experience truly personal.
The entire team played a part in making this a memorable journey for me and my daughter, who was with me throughout. They went out of their way to make her comfortable, surprising her with treats and being so friendly. She had a blast, especially during the car pickup, where Wais even came in on his day off to ensure everything went smoothly. Watching her bang the big drum and honk the horns made it a special experience I’ll never forget.
A huge thanks as well to the wonderful strawberry-blonde haired receptionist (of Portuguese descent) for her warmth, and to the sales manager, David, who gave my daughter some fun Nissan swag. I also can’t forget the exceptional service team—Kevin, Monica, and Cam—who’ve always been fantastic whenever I needed assistance. They’ve known my situation and the car issues I’ve faced over the years and have always been there for me.
At Nissan Country Hills, it’s clear that they work as a team, each person contributing to a beautiful experience from start to finish. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone’s effort to make this happen, and for providing the best offer out of all the dealerships I visited. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Nissan Country Hills!

Drove my son all the way out to this dealership as he wanted to buy 2024 Elantra listed on website. Get to the dealership and it was sold. Why in 2024 do dealerships still not have efficient ERP systems that employees know how to use? Very disappointing and time wasting experience. An apology would be expected but none was received. Seems like CH Nissan will do anything to get you to location in-person, even though the bait n switch tactics lack integrity. Unfortunate, they have not learnt that honesty sells more cars and creates long-term customers.

No point in making appointments, had an appointment at 10:30 for tire rotation didnt get out of there till 12:45.
Save your time and money. Just buy your own tools.
Staff was friendly and nice.
Spend well over 30 mins on sales floor and didn't even get asked for help.

I received some great service through parts and service. Usman did a great job explaining what needed to be done to my car and provided many options that fit my budget and needs at the time of repair. Very easy to book an appointment as well and they are quite prompt at getting the work done. Will be returning
