Country Hills Collision Centre was quick to make repairs and provide updates throughout the process.
The environment was welcoming and friendly (to an already stressful situation), the staff all greet you with a smile and answered all our questions. Jon in particular was very helpful and supportive.
We would recommend Country Hills Collision Centre to friends and family for any of their vehicle needs.

Thank you for to country hills collision & Tracie it was our first time taking our car to this place after this year hail storm. When we brought in our kona, we met with Tracie she was awesome, she was a cheerful human, after being stressed out about our car she did the best to stay positive, answering all our questions about the car! She told us what would happen to the car when it taken in if it can be saved or the insurance company would take it.
Over the month she would call us to give us updates or when we would call she did her best to give us answers,
She did a great job even with the insurance company wrote it off her professional attitude made the stressful situation so much better

"My Toyota RAV4 Feels Like New Again!"
After the recent Calgary hailstorm left my car badly damaged, I was worried about the repair process. But I'm so glad I chose "Country Hills Collision Centre". Their team was incredibly efficient and professional.
Not only did they restore my RAV4 to its original condition, but they also made the entire process stress-free. From the initial claim to the final inspection, their staff, especially Receptionists and Robbie, were always available to answer my questions and keep me updated on the progress.
I was particularly impressed with how quickly they replaced my windshield, ensuring I could still use my vehicle while the rest of the repairs they booked as soon as parts were available. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship were exceptional.
I highly recommend "Country Hills Collision Centre" for their outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

After the hail damage I didn't know what to expect. It’s looks fresh off the car lot. They matched the paint perfectly and removed all the hail damage. Extremely pleased.

Today I went here for my car inspection due to hail damage, i really don’t know where to start from but the staff here was fabulous..!!
I haven’t came across such staff and service till date .I had two kids with me they helped me a lot during my inspection time to keep my kids busy and comfortable..All thanks to Tracy and Ed ….

I just picked up my car today and not only did they take care of the damage in the exterior, they’ve also taken time to clean the car both inside and out that it looks brand new! Much better than when I left it. They are very accomodating with my work schedule and always so hospitable! Shoutout to Jon for always being patient with me, and for Tracy for always being there with a smile oh her face. Will reccommend them to friends and family.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the amazing job for fixing my 4 Runner's rear bumper and liftgate. I am really impressed with how great my car looks now! Thank you, John, Robbie, Jane and all the technicians! You also did detailed cleaning for the car.
I picked up my car on Wednesday two days before estimated time. The shop keeps to update the repair status via text message, that is a great value added service.
Thank you again for the excellent service. I'll definitely recommend Country Hills Collision Centre to my friends in need of car repairs. :)

Under promise over deliver… We had a great experience dealing with this company. The staff were friendly and accommodating specially Jon. We were given constant updates as to what is being done to our car. With how busy car repair shops have been due to recent hail storm, we were able to get our vehicle 2 days ahead of our schedule. They were able to completely fix the damage as if nothing happened. They also did a thorough clean up of the inside and outside of my car. I would definitely recommend Country Hills Collision.
