Whew! Beacon Hill Costco is crowded AF on the weekends. Try to go on a weekday before 11am if at all possible. Otherwise it's great!

Have the decency to be transparent about my winter tires order arrival. Costco has repeatedly misled me, and it’s been almost a month with no sign of the tires. Frustrated, I contacted the shipping company directly and was told it would take another two weeks for the tires to arrive. I canceled my order because waiting any longer is not worth the risk of a potential car accident.

Yesterday, my child purchased a drink at this Costco. Due to the noisy environment, he misheard the staff calling his number and went to collect his cup. However, the staff, who was wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans, was very rude and said to him, Your number hasn’t been called yet. Move!
My child felt deeply hurt by this. He simply made a mistake by mishearing his number, but he was treated rudely and told to “move” in such an unpleasant manner. Is it really necessary to speak to a child like that?
We have been long-time customers of this Costco and have always appreciated the excellent service here. However, yesterday’s experience was the worst we’ve ever had. I hope this situation can be addressed and improved to ensure respect is shown to every customer, regardless of their age.

Once inside it’s fine… but the parking lot is a bit of a nightmare, especially to the gas bar. Otherwise it’s generally well stocked, clean, and appropriate number of check outs open. I’m disappointed it doesn’t carry books here. And one time a staff member was extremely rude to me, while she was shopping, with her name tag still on. Her husband reminded her to take off her tag, and looked embarrassed for her.

Busy and fast check outs. Almost too busy for people in a hurry as you can't get anywhere fast.

Super super busy, really hard to find an available parking space. If you’re luck enough to find it, you will also disappointed because they are many people in it and you even can’t find a space to stop your cart and select products. Awfully experienced ?

The parking lot is always crazy so you got to keep your head up. Warehouse is great, always tidy. In Fall 2024, the moved some of the aisles around, it took us a bit of be extra effort to find what we were looking for.
The staff is super kind and helpful when we have questions.
The price of food (spring 2023 and fall 2024) is hard to swallow but we generally find we get the best price and value at Costco.
Produce is way fresher than other stores. In fact, my friends who work in food supply logistics say Costco is the best option for quality produce.

It's nice Costco. Everything is clean and the staff are very helpful. The only reason they didn't get the final star is because getting in and out of the parking lot is a challenge.
