We shop regularly at Costco and are pleased with the staff and the quality of the items. Specifically I was experiencing difficulty with an item that was not as described when I purchased it. Garret (front end manager-Beacon Hill) researched it and solved the issue efficiently and politely. Special thanks to Garret.

I love the fries and drinks are so cheap. I miss the poutine though, unfortunately the gravy is beef now and I hope they change it to vegetarian again.
