Once again, worst run location. Stood at the till for quite some time. Finally left without the colors. A person could walk out with all sorts of products unnoticed. Thankfully, I'm honest.

There was 2 staff closed up for the day, it was Saturday. the one small build has dirty blonde hair is very big mouth attitude unprofessional, she is not fit in the industry, no wonder her people‘skills so rude, Cosmo Prof will lose more business for sure, get rid of that person before more negative reviews.

Low stock all the time, the staff isn't usually not very helpful or too nosey. I'm a stylist, have been for years, I don't need help with my colour formulations. Especially because most of the staff are not licensed.Be careful at the front door when there's ice, because they never clear it and it accumulates.It will also be randomly closed on some days for no reason, I'm assuming no staff. But there's no warning. If you're traveling from out of town, call first to confirm they are open.

I've got quite a few times the last couple months and I keep trying to go when this one lady Tasia isn't working. I just went there with my mom yesterday and she was SO RUDE!! I went a week before that and SAME THING! I ask for help with a product just trying to decide what line to go with and she goes "I'm busy you'll have to wait" like excuse me? Yeah I get your busy but you don't have to be rude about it. Then went I had gone with my mom again she was SO RUDE. My mom was just asking a simple question if she would be able to have an account because she does extensions she just wasn't sure as she is allowed to at modern. She then proceeded to say "you didn't take a government course so no" now I personally feel that there is a nicer way to say that and she was arguing with my mom about it. Meanwhile my mom is sitting there saying yeah that's ok don't worry just wanted to ask and she was just rude. Then one time I needed to pick up an order that was already ordered he has talked to someone who said no problem asked for my name. I go in to get it and she's lecturing me on it and I'm like uh ok well whoever he talked to said it was fine.Long story short.... She has very very very bad attitude CONSTANTLY.Although there is one girl there who has the copper hair and she is ABSOLUTELY LOVELY. she is so so nice and so helpful! And just a super great person.

The girl that works here is extremely rude. She wouldn’t except my license. They basically told us that a nail tech license is unacceptable but a massage therapist can buy products. It’s unfortunate that the sales associate loses sales based on her terrible attitude.
