Contrary to other posts, this car wash does not scam. It pre authorizes on your card, then the next day the actual charge appears. Just like a gas pump. I have road tripped over 35,000 kms this spring/summer and this car wash is one of the best i have been too accross North America. Excellent pressure, clean stalls, good quality chemical dispensing, foaming brush is great. Good value. Washed big SUV with pre wash, foaming brush, rinse, wax seal for under $13.

The soap is so watered down that you can’t even tell there’s soap coming out. It just looks like water, on top of that the water is cold. Barely took any dirt off my car.

A solid 0 stars.Hoses were leaking, patched by tape , unkept facility started in one bay moved to another because hose was leaking so bad . Billed 30 dollars to credit card for one transaction and 20 for the other which is not what the reader said when I shut it off.Phone number given is out of service. Horrible facility would push my vehicle to another location before using this facility.

Tapped my credit card for a car wash and pressed to “X” after I was done to stop it. The total was $6.10 but I was still charged $20.. I see that this has happened to a ton of people, what a scam of a car wash. Avoid this car wash!

This is an excellent car wash! The machines are updated, good spray and good soap.
For all those complaining about them being charged extra, they obviously have never been to a carwash before, or they are just stupid, the charge on your card is a PRE-Authorization ONLY! This is standard for all carwashes! That disappears after a few days and you will be charged the price you saw on the meter when you washed your car. I got a $20 auth on my card, then the next day it was replaced by the $7 I used.
The owner is an older Asian lady who is absolutely the sweetest lady I have ever met. She was very nice and came to compliment my car, I will definitely be back.
I used to go to Western pride car wash on 37th, and their service sucks, their employees are rude and try to get you out before you are done, their hoses and brushes are worn and leak, and it’s soo slow.
No more western pride, College car wash all the way

Wish I could give it a zero. Was trying to rinse my car, but soap kept coming out of the nozzle even after 1.5min of switching the selector. Brought it to the attention of the worker, she took the nozzle from me, used up the money that I had deposited and washed her bay and wheels of my car to test if soap was coming or not. Wouldn’t give me a refund, and said that the whole car is washed when all she washed was the wheels. I showed her all the dirt that was still on the car and she laughs in my face and tells me that my car is too dirty and even the water wouldn’t be able to clean it anyways, told me to leave. Wonderful experience here if u want to come deposit money, have the attendant use it all to clean the bay, and tell you to leave.

I get charged $20 for my car wash regardless of how long it takes. I tried calling the phone number, but it was out of service. There is also no website, or no way to contact someone about this exorbitant charge.

Too expensive! I went there today between 5-6pm with my small red hatchback car! I just rinse my car less than 3 minutes with my credit card and made sure i pressed the red X button after but then they charged me 20 box for it. You cannot even get hold of their phone to complain

Just discovered this place and liked it - each time $4-6, but last week charged me $30 on my credit card for a quick rinse - something is obviously wrong with their machines. phone number doesn't work - thumbs down.
