It's unbelievable how much trash is lying around and behind the building of this store, and nobody seems to care about it. I live in Rockyspring Grove and go for a walk periodically walking between the main building and the liquor store, and there is all kind of trash in the grass not collected for months. Please send someone to remove it and tidy the area before snow falls on top of it. I will make a picture when I walk there next time.

We all experience very lacking customer service these days so when a store has actual friendly and helpful staff, you notice it. The cashiers here are always so nice and polite, other staff are often right there to take my cart or basket as soon as I’m done with it. I often see managers out on the floor, actually working and being present. There’s care put into this store and it shows. I prefer to pay a bit more for groceries here than to brave the crowds and terrible service at cheaper stores. Keep up the good work guys, you are very appreciated!

On behalf of my mother, Nada, who shops at this Co-op, (a senior with mobility issues) there is a lady that works at this Co-op named Deb or Debbie and my mom would like to publicly applaud how wonderfully helpful, happy and how she make people feel comfortable and is extremely helpful. Kudos, Deb thank you for making my mom's experience a pleasure and comfortable. WE hope you are recognized for all that you do.

Tyler was busy stocking shelves when I asked for help. He very kindly stopped his work to walk with me several aisles over in order to help me find the product I was looking for. He made sure it was exactly what I needed and checked to see if I required further assistance before he returned to his previous activity. A very pleasant, helpful young man who is an asset to this store.

Appalled. My daughter and I are shopping today and like I do every so often , I go to lotto counter to buy a lottery ticket. My daughter pointed and laughed at how large a scratch and win ticket is. And truly it was comically large. The lady came and asked what I needed and I asked for a lottery ticket and she said she can’t sell it to me and insinuated I was buying if for my young daughter. I laughed thinking she was making a poor joke, but she was serious. How embarrassing. I’ll think twice about my weekly shops here.
