Went to self checkout to purchase a little rose bush, noticed there was nothing to scan for a price or a price tag. Went to customer service, and cheerily asked if I could be helped, an older women with short hair, irritatedly said to me “how am I going to know the price when there a no barcode! We can’t just look it up in our system, !!” very annoyed and directed at me. She angrily asked if I got the plant from the plant department. And stormed off mumbling something incoherent to herself to find a similar plant.
I would have asked to speak to customer service, but she was customer service
Very poor attitude!

Great store, as with all grocery stores you need to know your prices to be sure you are getting the best deal.

Love this Calgary Coop outlet. The staff are great. Love the pharmacy inside. I can go and check the blood pressure anytime for free. Thanks for the free service.

I recently moved to this store after Beddington closed down. It is a nice store and never too crowded. Staff is great.
However everytime I visit there are 2 or 3 items i need with no stock on shelves. Very frustrating as I am talking about very common items. I have been a coop customer for 40 years but have recently considered going elsewhere due to this.
