Don't let me wrong I like co-op and support local. However, recently, I bought some salmon here, and the fish smell and taste DISGUSTING. End up throwing it out, a total waste of money. They need to have better control of their fish section.Update: love them anyway, the nearest place I can get my hand on great local coffee beans. However, I am still upset about the fish.

Multiple times I've won a free item on their app, but the stores won't have it. It feels like they use the free item to get you to come in, but have no intention of actually having it. Co-op is no longer the easy and low-friction grocery option. The store itself is functional and nothing special. Pricier than average, but short lines and not crowded.

Pretty good selection for a smaller store and generally good service from the staff here.

Don't ever get meat from the Deli. Especially not prosciutto. They will either stack it all in one pile so that you can't separate it or if you ask them to layer it nicely with the plastic, they will do fold it in this ridiculous manner, There is more plastic here than meat and it is impossible to figure out how to get the meat out. We have had horrible Deli experiences multiple times. If your staff is not trained to slice and package prosciutto, then don't sell it.Pictures are from January 21, 2025 around 2 pm from the man with dark curly hair.

So I came here 3 days ago, originally I wanted to come in and ask if they had the chicken snack deal which consists of 2 piece of chicken, 3 potato wedges. I came in and even called and the workers at the deli dept seemed clueless about their everyday deals. He looked at me and said: "umm im not sure but I could weigh it although I don't think it would be the sales price." so I decided to go with another option by buying wedges from the heater for a good sales price and asked what the current deal is for that day, he said it was the 6 piece chicken wing deal so I asked him how many pieces would it be to have it as the $2.50 deal? he said, your gonna have to pick your own pieces and weigh it at the front cashier. So I went to the cashier, and the older chinese dude working told me that he was off and asked me to put the closing sign on the till. The chinese cashier seemed more concerned about wanting to clock out rather then help me considering I was his very last customer. He seemed furious because he wasn't aware of the wed chicken deal and asked another co worker for the code or to take over and kept yelling: "im off im off". Which made me feel unimportant because he didn't care about serving me as a customer and was more concerned about wanting to go home. Thankfully, another worker took over the cashier and helped me even though he was unaware of the current day of of the deal. My concern is why are these workers not well trained and the chinese cashier guy had poor customer service. When I saw him after I had paid for my items, he was like: "so were they able to help you? sorry I was off." All I could think in my head was the fact that he was wasn't able to deal with me as his last customer or even cared about me was more concerned about himself and him wanting to clock out. That's poor customer service right there. I hope you guys become more organized and treat your customer's as your #1 priority otherwise I'll never shop here again. Thanks.

Came in here to pick up food but left with nothing. Why? Because as I was turning the corner by an isle a co-op worker who clearly saw me because I was looking right at her turns the corner after & rams me with her cart then says “opsie sorry”. I was limping from surgery on my foot, have stitches and she some how can’t see me? Of course nothing will happen and that’s why we have horrible customer service and people don’t care about hurting others. I attached my stitches just to show that I am injured and noticeably limping so for this worker to do what she did is beyond rude. I don’t know why she would look at me and then do this! Did she think I was walking slow on purpose? It’s really disgusting that there are people out there that do this to strangers. Why? Shame on you co-op lady!

Kristen was super helpful at the self checkout. I didn't have my co-op card on me and she took me to a till and waiting while u found my card. Super helpful as I saved over $3 with the card on strawberries!

The male pharmacist working the morning shift on Wed July 5/23 was one of the worst pharmacists I have ever dealt with. He had an accent (perhaps middle eastern?) and was very abrupt, unnecessarily difficult, dismissive, and downright rude. Looking at the other negative review someone else left here, it must have been the same pharmacist I encountered. It felt like he couldn't be bothered to do his job and his attitude was that every little thing was an inconvenience to him.

Good location but failed to attract customers even before nearby Safeway became a FreshCo.Look at Costco(selling cheaper gas to attract customers), smart marketing.
