The online grocery ordering & deliver is a total waste of time. They phoned to let me know that they didn’t have half of my order in stock at the Beddington store, which we rarely use so why are they doing the orders from that location? why don’t they only have the items that they actually carry when you choose online?….that doesn’t make sense!! It’s a total waste of your time when half the order is missing for a $13 fee

Unfortunately this store will close down soon. It was part of the community for over 30 years. Thanks and farewell to all the employees who served and helped us over that time.

Was a good store but has announced closing on March 8, 2023. Already looking empty. Dalhousie and Brentwood are within walking distance yet this one gets the are. Sad.

Great long term local shopping experience, great service, reasonable prices and a huge selection. Lots of parking.

it is not fair that they are closing the pharmacy with the store! everyone is very friendly here, especially Julie, Lorely, Lesley, Zoe, and the manager too!!!! Exceptional service, it is very hard to find another pharmacy as good, I ask HO to reconsider the decision to close

I'm so disheartened to hear that this location is closing in March. This has been my go-to store for daily shopping or to run out and grab something I need for cooking with. Safeway is "okay" but their prices were usually worse than Co-op so I preferred to shop at Co-Op instead with it being the closest decent grocery store. This saddens me that I'll be stuck with both nearby Safeways or driving further to Save On foods, which don't always carry everything Co-op had. The staff were always great here!

I'm going to miss this location. I remember my dad working here in the 90's.Great store, great produce, great meat department! The staff are all very friendly!

Store itself is not the issue, although it is dated and minor updates made it less accessible.Problem is it is a Calgary run store, and uses the leaders former employers supplier instead of CoOp.Seriously Farmer and Founders is generally worse than Coop generics, and they have far less generics available with the Name brands being more expendive than most other chains.

I always fill up gas from here and Sid is absolutely amazing !! He makes you smile everytime you see him working does his job quickly and makes sure you’re happy and having a good day. Today I had Skyler help me and she was very very rude. I was waiting at the pump for 10 minutes while she finished her conversation with another fellow that was done getting gas. She kept looking over to my car so I waved because I didn’t know if she was confused or what.It was only 11:30am and I have a new born baby and still recovering so I needed full service. She then walked over to my car and said do not interrupt me while I’m with another customer. I then said excuse me , I just needed service. I don’t feel that’s a way to speak to your customers and literally almost cried. You don’t know what other people are going through to speak to customers rudely like that. When it’s your job to help assist other paying customers.

I do online grocery order and delivery. My order never made it to my house within the time frame given to me, when I called the CO-OP to see what happened with my order it turned out the driver picked up my order but never delivered it and drove around for 2hrs with groceries! All that food went to waste as it was produce, and meat mostly! But there was a light at the end of the tunnel DOUG called me after he found out what happened and informed me he would put my order together again and have it sent out ASAP!He called to check in with me constantly for things that were no longer in stock asking if I would like a substitution or refund! He was amazing. DOUG put in a lot of work to find out what happened and to replace as much as he could!I thought I would never use CO-OP's delivery service again but thanks to Doug's great customer service and helpfulness I definitely will!

A nice place to buy some quality frozen (or pre-cooked) dim sum. This is a small location that lets you buy bulk dim sum, usually frozen in bags of 50. You can also pre-order certain pre-cooked foods for takeaway. There are essentially all of the main dim sum options you’d expect and they also sell homemade chili oil and XO sauces. Prices are reasonable and the food itself is tasty and worth the money. Parking can be tough at times with the limited space in the small plaza. Check this place out if you’re craving some takeout dim sum (you’ll have to steam it yourself at home)!

Poor selection of most things in the store. Probably the least bang for your buck of any grocery store. Now you have to be a member to take advantage of the sales. What’s the point of being overcharged all year long only to receive a few dollars of that back at the end of the year? I assume it’s just some sort of family tradition to shop there.

Long wait in the line up. No line up if you want to check out your own groceries.
