WOW! Rubbed my tire on a curb and broke the seal. These folks fixed me up quick without an appointment. Service was AMAZING, and price unbeatable. Thank you all so very much! 100% recommend this shop in Ramsay!

Great friendly staff! Went by there today just to ask for quick help with loosen some screws in my side door cause they were giving me trouble and he quickly loosened them up for me right then no charge. Thanks again !!

My tire was punctured on Wednesday morning off Blackfoot Trail and I had ZERO options. I saw the sign for JPAS and pulled into their parking lot in desperation and the guys could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. They were able to fit me in the SAME day and had a new tire on my car on short notice, allowing me to get back to work with minimal delay.
Marc was the technician I dealt with and he was extremely professional providing regular updates via text and phone. I was so impressed with their service that I brought their team a box of Dough Boy doughnuts as a thank you!
Great team and great service 10/10.

Holy Moly! Did these crew ever blow away my expectations. I was just looking for a basic oil change and their 50 Point inspection with pictures, pricing and level of importance all laid out for me, makes me more confident on taking care of the items my vehicle needs in a timely manner. Well played JPAS, you have a few more vehicles added to your client list!

Not very impressed with this shops service unfortunately. I truly believe all of their staff are competent and do quality work, but after my visit I was left with a bad taste in my mouth due to pricing. I was charged $175 just for them to look at my car for one hour. They then proceeded to tell me things I already told them was wrong with it (I gave them a detailed history and instruction on what to look for) THEN they even tried to automatically upsell me on another half hour of labour ($80) just because I quickly told them about one other minor thing to look for.
I understand that as a business they have rates for a reason and it is a fixed rate but just as a customer who is trying to diagnose their cars problem, leaving the shop paying almost $200 with no actual work done to the vehicle seems outrageous. Of course they also priced out the work to be done on the vehicle but this honestly seemed where most of the “labour” came in here. Once again I believe these technicians and staff are competent and friendly but three weeks later I’m just annoyed that I was charged so much for getting so little in return after receiving better service at another shop for way less. As someone who is on a bit of a budget I’d recommend going to another shop for this reason alone.

Marc and the rest of the staff at JP Auto were incredible! We couldn’t have asked for better service. We had some car trouble while passing through Calgary and were on a timeline. They were able to get our car in immediately and we had it a few hours later. Thanks so much guys! Highly recommend.

I had a A/C compressor installed , I provided the part. It was installed and charged for 417$ labor plus recharge.
Was told it was working, blowing cold air. When I picked up the truck it was only blowing hot.
In again for 565$ labor plus small part (fan motor). Total near 1000$, and I had my truck in 3 times. As a trades person I always try to understand what the customer needs to bring the solution to the problem. not sure what they thought I needed a mechanic for. Also wondering what happened to my old compressor pump they replaced which was probably good. 700$ part.

I’ve been taking my Subaru to Jpas and before that, CK auto for a couple of years. They have always been super helpful, honest and timely. Recently my car was misfiring and it took a really long time to figure out why. The team at Jpas worked tirelessly to figure out the issue while being courteous to my budget. I love this team! So easy to work with, so awesome to my car.
