I visited to store at night. The store was clean and customer service was really good. Friendly workers and was helpful when I couldn’t find some goods.

1st time Ive been to a Circle k ever since Macs closed. Literally stood at the counter for over a minute with the teller sitting behind the counter on his phone with ear phones in. I Literally had to say hello to get his attention even though I was standing right in front of him. These guys have ZERO customer service. I won't be back and remembered why I don't go here in the 1st place .The guy was Thursday around 4 ish shift If management even cares

the most horrifying experience ever. i went into this location to grab some gatorade on a very busy work day. upon entering i saw a washroom and since im not really allowed to use homeowners bathrooms i figured i would take a quick leak. the door was marked washroom and the door was open. so i went in to use the bathroom. mid stream the door started to get kicked and i mean hard hahahaha i thought it was the cops trying to break the door thats how hard it was kicked. followed by screaming about how im not supposed to be in there. so of course i finished and came out to her yelling at me that it wasnt a public bathroom and that i was supposed to ask to use it. im wearing my work clothes with company name so of course everyone is looking at me like im some crack head or ive done something wrong while in work clothes. i said to her the door says washroom and it was open so i used it there was no sign indicating anything else. she continued to talk down to me and treat me like someone doing something wrong. i hope no one goes to this circle k ever again its a busy neighborhood with new construction so lots of trades guys and im a gas fitter so ive already told guys in that area to go to petro or somewhere else. and my friends in the area will do the same. sad to see are customer care in canada going down the drain.pls go else where to hopefully get circle k to do something about this.

As far as convenience stores go, it’s one of the better ones. The operator does a good job keeping the store clean and organized, and there’s always plenty of hot food available. I’ve found the staff here to be extremely friendly and courteous - with one exception, hence the 3-star review.
One of your team members who works the overnight shift is just rude. He rarely speaks to me, and when he does it’s usually just to blurt our how much I owe. No hello, no thank you, nothing, plus he always is watching me in the store while talking on the phone to someone. Look, I understand how tough a shift it can be considering the proximity to downtown but I’m the guy who’s going to jump to your aid if someone is causing trouble, so I don’t like when I am treated like a thief. I don’t think he understands what his body language and actions are conveying.
Still one of the better convenience stores in the area. Hope the night team can improve based on the suggestions of myself and others.
