Waiting time, customers service, no manager on site, unprofessional and unprofessional voice recording. Every time I come here through and appointment no one welcomes those who has appointments. Also they make you wait long period of times. Minus a start rating if I could. This location has degraded throughout the years. Needs a professional to save this place

Just a disaster NOT bank!!Where you got your worker from!!At least tech them please how to treat you customers!The second time, I canceled my appointment in the first 3 minutes after starting it.I haven't ever seen rude workers, especially in banks. like you're in CIBC!!!I hope I could put a less than 1 star.

We came to open an account. The staff was rude and told us to book an appointment online. When we left they continued gossiping. In other branch there wasn’t any problem to open an account immediately.

Good day to all. I feel cheated after visiting the bank. Yesterday, January 31st, I brought a newcomer into the branch and no one told me about the "Refer a newcomer friend and you'll both earn $50" program. They wrote down her details and made an appointment for tomorrow (February 01). When we arrived, the card was ready, and when I said that I wanted to receive $50 for this program, they told me that this was no longer possible. How would you feel if you were me?

Joy Keong is my advisor, I applied credit card for my US trip, I need this just in a few days, Joy was done the application so quick, also she let the credit card arrived at bankers hall location, because I work very close to this location,, once I got phone call to pick up my credit card, I felt so surprised, the advisor is so detailed, really thinking everything for her clients. She has been done so many things for me perfectly , professional, polite,, speed! thank you!

Perhaps if CIBC would distribute some of their HUGE profits back into hiring, OR better utilization of staff, ie: having them man the teller stations over the general publics' lunch time (12 to 1), we wouldn't spend 15 minutes waiting in line for the lone teller. Who I imagine is stressed by the line up.

I came to the branch on April 4 and spoke to Igho Adesola to stop the monthly contribution on my TFSA and RRSP,. She advised me that the contribution on my RRSP has been done and she will do the TFSA later, both are in Mutual Funds. She didn't get me to sign anything, I asked her to send me confirmation that the transaction was done, never heard anything from her. On the 21st when the scheduled payment was supposed to come out, both contributions still came out of my account. I emailed her on the 22nd letting her know that the request wasn't done. She then was trying to came up with an excuse, told her she needs those transaction reversed as I was very clear with my instructions. She said she will contact the head office to have it reversed, it is now the 26th and still no words from her. I sent a follow up email, and her autoreply was dated for February. When you are trying to put a stop on giving them money they are very slow to respond to you but when you are putting money into your investment the respond was very quick. I am trying to find the manager's contact info to put a complain, but I have not been able to find it yet. Very disappointing service, not the first time I had a bad experience with her.

My Advisor from bow valley cibc is Umair,he is terrible,talked to him this morning and he kept cutting me off and talking over me,totally un acceptable.He is no longer going to handle my accounts!!He has been told too have the manager phone me,no contact yet! Think its better to leave this cibc!!Now he keeps phoning trying to transfer me too another branch,advisor from ....
