Absolutely useless individuals at this branch. As an imperial service member I expect better customer service; especially for a simple request like which forms are required to open a joint investment account. Instead I was told its not there job to assist. I'll happily take my investments elsewhere.

I was going to stop by for a quick question, and I ended up getting the fastest assistance and got an immediate sit-down appointment. I had limited time and I was able to get their limited time offer account opened. I would like to thank Harry for putting together a solid team that helped people as they flocked in during the lunch hour.

Waiting time, customers service, no manager on site, unprofessional and unprofessional voice recording. Every time I come here through and appointment no one welcomes those who has appointments. Also they make you wait long period of times. Minus a start rating if I could. This location has degraded throughout the years. Needs a professional to save this place
