I was seriously interested in buying a chair, however the sales reps were all playing pool. The one sales rep who helped me was getting frustrated with my questions as he wanted to go back and play pool. It was such a horrible experience that I just left and didn’t buy the chair. I went to Allsold where they sell used furniture and got such a good service. Very disappointed with the staff at Choice office furniture.

Website is very useful and clear, with full descriptions, dimensions and prices. Made shopping online easy. The store is well laid out.They had the product as advertised and even had 25% off on what we needed. Good location. John is informed and friendly.

Clint was extremely helpful in assisting me furnish my new office with a combination of great quality used and new furnishings. He sure knew his stuff which helped us select furniture efficiently and cost effectively. The delivery and setup was on time with great care taken to ensure that everything was level and cleaned. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Bought an office chair about a month ago worth $400 and it has gone crooked, one side is higher than others and won't go inside the desk. The side handles are not adjustable so it is definitely the chair that is the issue.Also the spring are loosening so as you sit on it the height of the chair pushes down and it becomes shorter than the original height you set. The cushion has threads and fuzz coming out. Really poor quality product for $400 worth. Staples has better quality product. Also they don't have return policies so you are stuck with it. We looked for some other office furniture too but decided against buying it.Lots of choices and they have a lot of stock available if you are in hurry to get office furniture it would be good, but the quality of the products are questionable.Edit: Thank you Clint. I appreciate you reaching out couple of times, it shows you care. I'll connect when I am in the area next, its a little further away from home. Its just a bit of pain bringing the chair to get it fixed.

I have been looking for an office chair for awhile now, and went to a few places and found a chair at another store that I really liked, I felt the need to shop around. I came to Choice Office Furniture and was sincerely very pleased with the service that exceeded my expectations. Clint took a lot of time out of his busy schedule to show me all the different options I had as well as was very patient with me. I found the perfect chair and would recommend this store to family and friends. Thank you Clint for not only assisting me and finding me the perfect chair for me, his staff was able to assemble it on the spot as well as helped me carry it to the car. Sometimes these things seem like the little things, but it is the little things that end up being the very big things in life. I appreciate the excellent customer service and great quality product. I will be back for sure. Thank you Clint! (For those of you who may not know, Clint is the owner of the business and was very humble & professional. He was confident in his product and took the time to help me in finding a chair that was the perfect fit for me.

I saw the website, emailed Jon, and received a message almost immediately. Jon was so helpful and honest and he got me set up with a stunning desk! He understood my urgent need and made sure I was taken care of. The delivery men were quick, exactly on time and so professional. Our company moved into a new building and we were looking for a new boardroom table and chairs. After emailing a few companies online, I received a prompt response from Choice Office Furniture. They showed us great options that worked well for us. Purchase, delivery and installation was hassle free and the table and chairs looks great. Excellent experience!
