“A nice store of children's goods and toys. But something is still missing. A lot of outdated goods that were relevant a few years ago, but now they are just gathering dust on the shelves, because they are no longer interesting to children. At the same time, there is an insufficient range of more stable products that enjoy constant popularity.”

“I took my 16yo son to the Volcom Market Mall location today and we had EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Mitch. Being in retail myself, I 100% appreciate someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and truly enjoys what they do. Mitch is in his element and was incredible at helping us pull a new wardrobe full of clothes. At one point my son said that Volcom needs to pay him more because he literally loved every piece Mitch brought him. Towards the end of our shop, Mitch was multi-tasking helping another customer and answering the phone. He made it look effortless and still managed to continue to help us. Thank you so much Mitch!!!”

I went in and bought a Langford Parka, the associate Tiffany was extremely helpful and helped me chose which style, color and options. Just disappointed by the removal of the fur hood, since it was so iconic. Can’t wait to be back for my second!”

Anyway - I was in a bit of a rush but three of their very helpful staff members helped me to print off the return slip and package it up and directed me to the Canada post just down the stairs.
