or the way it works/parameters!!!!People at the counter are NOT helpful. They are sharp tongued and don't seem to know much about Journie OR rewards offers. ALL my rewards have disappeared and I have sent three e-mails with absolutely no reply or acknowledgement from them. I cannot find a phone number anywhere to try to make contact with "LIVE" person, what an operation!!!!

Worst gas station I've ever been to. You have to pre-select an amount to put in. What if I'm going to the airport and I just want plain old "Full".. like a normal person.
