Fantastic service with insane efficiency! I was really impressed with the warm reception and friendly employees who took care of me. I was having a terrible day and they brought me back to life. I would strongly recommend them based on the people alone, I'm still in awe, really well done guys, I need to damage my car more ofter! Just to come see them over and over!

I read the reviews here and went there with high expectations. To my surprise, they were so bad, incompetent and rude, I stopped the repair and took my car back.Maybe the people who used to provide great service left, or something limited by imagination.It was a no fault insurance claim. In the process they made multiple trivial mistakes. They misdiagnosed two problems, to settle the dispute they suggested I pay out of pocket for another appraisal, I had to get my insurance to authorize an additional diagnostic, that said. They confused the booking dates twice. To add insult to injury, they did not apologize and two of their stuff were verbally combative when I tried to resolve the issue.I strongly suggest you try other places.

Went this morning, had amazing and quick service.They noticed one of the bulbs was almost dead for a brake light and fixed it for free!Really affordable too! Highly recommend.

Loved the company until I picked up my vehicle. Booking was great, initial inspection was great(or so I thought), everyone seemed friendly, I felt like my vehicle was in great hands however that changed once I got home. I noticed front end damage that wasn't in my inspection. I brought it to their attention the very morning to find out what happened. After sometime I was told the damage was missed on the inspection due to my vehicle being muddy. I'm supposed to believe this was missed because I didn't wash my vehicle... does everyone have time to wash their car before bringing it in... wow this must happen a lot then.... after that after about 5 minutes I was then shown some unclear photos to try to prove the damage was already existing. Eventually they told me the person who detailed the car noticed the damage but couldn't be bothered to report it because the list could be over hundreds of spots. However this wasn't just a simple chip or ding, another excuse when clearly they dropped the ball. Its a shame because the repair I sent them to fix they did very well.

They absolutely nailed it (after I nailed that post) my truck looks like it came off the lot. Had a great experience from start to finish, Laura kept me updated throughout the repair process, was able to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful and personable. I had a wonderful experience with Laura at carstar. They exceeded all expectations and kept my bill affordable. I was also incredibly surprised to have the car tidied up inside and out. It never looked so shiney!! In a bad situation they made it better.

The employees and the work they provide here definitely deserves a shoutout! I had a car accident few weeks ago and these guys helped me out with the repair process of my car. The timing of the accident was really unfortunate but they were able to easily adjust to my schedule. They also go far and beyond for customer satisfaction. Fine work. Poor communication. Was forced to drive the rental for three more days because they finally let me know that my car was ready at 4pm on Friday when they close at 4:30 for the weekend. I was supposed to pick up my vehicle today and someone called me in the morning and asked me to drop off my vehicle for a cost estimate and I said that you must be confused with someone else's file and then they said sorry we are mixed your file with someone else. (Organizational skill)and then before they close the day, I called them around 2:15pm and then gently asked that my vehicle will be ready by end of today which was less than 3 hours before they close the shop and General Manager (Christine Be~~.)answered so rudely and then we will call you when we are done. (Customer service)I contacted my renter vehicle company and asked them to extend the return date.So bad customer service. I would not recommend this place at all.
