Really disappointed with the service and quality of work.
1) After a month in the shop, car was returned to me with a dead battery. Battery was working fine when I dropped it off at the shop. They came to my house and replaced it at cost, but the vehicle should never have left the shop in that condition.
2) Paid $800 to repair some bumper damage on my vehicle and it was only partially fixed when we got the car back. When I picked up the vehicle, it was only then that I was informed that if I wanted the vehicle fully repaired, it would be another $120. This should’ve been included in the original quote or communicated to me to approve the work ahead of time, not when I came to pick up the vehicle.
Bad experience overall.

Be very wary. They provide you with a quote and then once they have the car, suddenly they find other charges that they could "not anticipate". Everything is replaced and the modern computer systems know exactly what the costs are. This should never happen. You should probably take your business to a more honest collision centre who can honour their quotes.

Thise review is based on the work performed between September 2023 to June 2024. Due to the delay in getting parts to complete the repairs, we were stuck with rentals for some time which also cost us money from our own pockets until insurance deemed that we are Zero Liable for the accident. There were lot of situations where I was so fed up. I was still carrying these frustrations up until I had to bring back the vehicle for a different problem which I thought was part of the original accident. I had to being back the vehicle for a mechanical inspection but I also needed to leave the vehicle with them for a few days. The timing couldn't be worse as I needed to go to Sparrwood, BC to attend a funeral. This was adding to my frustration and that's when Tempest rose to the challenge in helping me out. She offered to cover the rental from Enterprise so that my family could go to the funeral. That didn't make me forget what happened in the last 6 months however, it allowed to appreciate all her efforts in resolving my dilemma. She made up for it by providing us with extraordinary customer care and her ability to empathize. Thanks Tempest for doing everything you can to help us out.
