Linda and Ghulam provided exceptional and speedy service! They contacted my insurance company in under an hour, obtaining all necessary estimates and approvals the same day. The entire process, including electronic document signing, was impressively efficient. I also loved the tracking system that kept me informed about the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process. As someone who experiences a lot of anxiety, I truly appreciated this feature. Smooth, speedy, and professional service with no hassle! Highly recommended!

Chris at CARSTAR has helped me out on more than one occasion. Sometimes with big stuff and sometimes with little stuff. And always top-notch service and results. This is a business that operates like it’s in a small town. Which is kind of what Bowness is. This is really old-school customer service. Remember what that was like? It is few and far between these days.

Winter happens, parking lots happen and accidents happen ... and like they say at CARSTAR .... it's where accidents un-happen ... and they do ! The whole process was seamless and fast ! Chris and Linda provided excellent customer service and kept me totally up to date on the progress of the repair. The work was awesome ... the damage is gone and the car looks completely brand new. I highly recommend CARSTAR Bowness, should an accident happen to you and your vehicle !!

Car repair in February following an accident in January. Very pleased with all aspects of the service provided. From the original estimate appointment to the completed repair we were kept informed of all aspects of the process. Any delays or other issues were immediately texted to us as was the confirmed pickup time. Would certainly use again and recommend.

Picked up my vehicle today.Work is excellent!Price was very fair and there were no charges beyond the estimate.Work was completed on the original schedule.Staff are amazing.Loved the updates along the process.I would absolutely use this shop again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reputable body shop.
