“I had an amazing experience at Exotic Car Collection Enterprise in Calgary dealing withVireo Thakur.This was my first time going here & I will definitely be back when a rental vehicle is needed.Customer service was top notch! I was picked up at the collision centre where unfortunately I had to bring my car. I was brought back to the Enterprise location to do the quick bit of paperwork and was given a very nice & clean rental vehicle to use for a week. When it was time to pick-up my vehicle, I was able to just drop off the rental vehicle at the collision centre.The inconvenience that sometime happens when renting a vehicle did not happen here at all.I would highly recommend this Enterprise location.”

“We rented a car through insurance at this location and the customer service was exceptional. Initially we opted for the Mitsubishi which ran fine but there was a strong odour. We returned 10 minutes before closing the same day and Max came over to us and helped us change into the Buick which did not have any odour. We had the car for almost a month and there were no issues at all. The car was also cheap on gas. Return process was just as quick and efficient. The staff were friendly. Overall a great experience and highly recommend.”
“Here is a review you will not often hear from me about a car rental place.Unfortunately I have had my share of having to rent vehicles and I'm sure some of you have read my reviews on one particular place that had my review taken down through their legal department. Anyway the little place they call Hertz is also Dollar rental and thrifty all three in one. I won't go on and on about it but even though they do not advertise pick up they went out of their way to do that and for the return of the vehicle which was exactly the same as the car I drive ( they even matched the color for me) they happily sent me on my way in an uber to pick my car up from the shop. I was in and out quick upon pick up and drop off without a lot of chit chat, or questions with no phony laughter or fake smiles. I couldn't be happier with the service I had recieved. Oh and for the record this was the very first time I did not have to do anything to the car I received. I'm very picky about the cleanliness inside and out of any car I drive and 9 times out 10 I do interior and exterior shortly after picking up a rental but everything was too notch.”

“Had a rental as part of an insurance deal. When my insurance was up they called to inform me, also told me they would call the auto body shop that had my car still and would deal with them. I went to return my rental today and indeed they had called and got the shop to pay for the remainder of my rental. They also asked if I had an suggestions for them or feedback. Courteous, professional and good to deal with. Also told me if I needed my rental again within the week they would honor my insurance price. Thanks Micah and team!”

“Ordering through expedia makes it impossible to extend my rental longer so make sure that is shorted out if you want extra time on the rental. Couldnt get ahold of customer service. But that was not their fault it was a systemic problem. Car was nice and service was good:)”
