Parts took longer to come in than expected but the communication was prompt for the entire six week process. The car loaner after my insurance rental expired was a brand new Ford Bronco. I would highly recommend this company as a reputable collision centre in Calgary.”
“Reception was very good.
The technician was very thoughtful, removing the parking sticker from the old windshield and attaching it to the new windshield. The stickers are very sensitive and once removed they are compromised and no longer function. Nevertheless it was very thoughtful of the technician to do that. The work was completed well within the time frame suggested.

“So, this is a good story that started poorly. I had a cracked driver’s window and brought it to Crystal Glass to be replaced. They replaced it with an off market that wasn’t to the same spec which sometimes is fine but unfortunately in this case didn’t work well, and when I left the shop I noticed that it wasn’t sliding well down the seal and it had wind easily passing through to the car. I brought it back and voiced my concern with the service tech whom indicated to me that it was my weather seal, and they don’t touch the weather seal, and the window clearly was going all the way up, so this wasn’t a “Crystal Glass problem”, and sent me on my way with my leaky window that didn’t leak when I delivered it to their door 5 hrs earlier. I left a bit upset and slept on it. After listening to the wind pass through my car for a couple trips I called them back pretty upset and said this wasn’t going to end well if I have to take it elsewhere.Shannon (I think that’s her name) then put Jamie (lead service tech for Crystal Glass Calgary) on the case. What a PRO!!First off he was accountable and agreed with me, that something wasn’t right. Then he explained to me the difference between the off market, tempered etc etc. then he explained how they would attempt to solve the problem. We came up with a plan, and put the plan in action. Once the new/proper glass was installed, Jamie ensured on a test drive that it rode the seal properly and then was zero wind noise/leakage.Amazing work and thank-you for owning the issue Jamie!!My point to this whole review is simple. To error is human. We all make mistakes and there is no changing that, however when we refuse to accept that as an option we put the companies we represent in a precarious position. I appreciate that when given a second chance to make it right and put in the proper hands this was resolved. I think that type of accountability is lacking in society and I really appreciate how ownership stepped up to the plate.I also hope the other tech learned a valuable lesson, as I think he knows that he probably mishandled that.”

“While the work done on my car was top notch I was not impressed by the way I found the interior. I did appreciate the fact that an effort was made to clean the mats and wipe down the interior but what I found was a greasy mess across the dash board, centre console, steering wheel, instrument display and windshield. I’ll be spending tomorrow cleaning it up. ”

“Take your damaged glass here!! I’ve never talked to such polite staff, who walked me through the entire process of replacing my windshield. The new glass is beautiful, and they even put new sticky tape on my phone mount because it was previously mounted on my windshield. Seriously 10/10 service, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!”
