I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Canadian Tire Pacific Place parts department. Despite being at the front desk, one of the employees was too busy to acknowledge my presence. After a few minutes, I asked if he could verify the part I had picked up since their in-store catalog is incomplete. I was told that I must wait. It became clear that the individual had no interest in assisting me, so I left. Dear Canadian Tire, I don't have to wait—I can buy the same product elsewhere, where customer service still means something.

Avneet and Brett in the auto department are absolutely phenomenal. Their top level customer service is equally matched by their product knowledge and patience. Being brand new to buying tires, they both went above and beyond to make sure that I understood every aspect of what I was doing, buying and looking at. Thorough answers, patient and kind, they were able to guide me to tires within my price range that went above the specs that I was inquiring about in the first place. They made it seamless, stress-free and easy. I could not recommend that department any higher.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and care I experienced at Canadian Tire Pacific Place in Sunridge on 21st October 2024. I brought my car in at 1:00 PM for winter tire installation, which I was told would be completed in four hours. After waiting six hours without any communication from the store, I had to call them myself, only to be told they had just started working on my car. To make matters worse, an hour later, they called to inform me they only had three tires available and that I needed to come pick up my car without the service even being finished!
This is completely unacceptable for multiple reasons:
• I took time out of my day and paid for an Uber based on the timeline they provided, which turned out to be false.
• Even after such an outrageous delay, not a single person made any effort to offer a solution or source the missing tire from another location.
• To top it all off, there was zero apology or accountability for their incompetence. I was simply expected to accept the mess they created.
The sheer lack of professionalism here is shocking, especially given the critical importance of winter tires for driving safety. They clearly don’t care about their customers, and now I’m forced to drive my car without proper winter tires thanks to this pathetic service.
I would never recommend this store to anyone. They are careless, disorganized, and clearly couldn’t care less about the safety or satisfaction of their customers. If you’re thinking about going to Canadian Tire, do yourself a favor—go anywhere else. This experience was beyond unacceptable, and I will never return.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Appreciated the service and support from Lisa at the Pacific Place location during the install of winter tires. She was helpful, informative, and took the time to cover main points during the process (i.e. timing, costs, and checking/following-up on my concerns) so I felt heard.

Soooo frustrating! Came to get my winter tires on. I have my appointment booked first thing in the morning and it has now been 2.5 hours and my car is still not done. It took them 4 hours in the spring to take my winter tires off. I thought maybe this was a one off situation but apparently not. I won’t be coming back here ever again. What’s the point of making an appointment….
