We had an excellent buying experience with Stephen here. The best part was getting help with deciding what would suit us best when we needed it, but none of the pressure or pushy sales tactics once it came down to deciding on our final purchase. I can't wait for our new mattress to arrive and will update my review once it's landed in our bed.
Update- we got our new mattress and I had mixed feelings about it. I thought it might just take some getting used to, but after utilizing the entire sleep trial, I decided it wasn't the right one. I went back to choose a different mattress, and had zero hassle about exchanging. I explained my concerns with the first mattress and they helped me find the perfect one based on that feedback. We have had the newest one for a couple months and absolutely love it. So glad we chose a store with such a great policy on this large investment.

Matt was great to deal with. He helped us pick out an adjustable base and mattress that was perfect for our needs. No high-pressure sales. Polite, great service. He also delivered the frame and mattress. He went above and beyond helping us with the mattress pads and bottom sheet being put on before he left. Him and the fellow helping him were conscientious about removing their shoes and then doing a thorough clean up, taking all the packing materials with them. They also removed our old box spring and mattress. Definitely recommend Canadian Mattress. Extra bonus they are a family owned Canadian company. A big thank you to Matt and his helper. We will be back for all of our bedding needs.
