Worst service in all of Canada. If I could give a negative rating, I would do minus 100. The woman who works should be fired, she is unhappy about every second client. no smile, nothing. I showed several proofs of my address. She didn't want to accept each of them. She told me to bring the original. it's just awful. I suffered enormous stress. the whole day is ruined.

This location desperately needs more than one person working at a time, especially busy times like Friday evening. Waited in line for almost half an hour just to ask a question about a package, which I ended up being told I had to call Canada Post customer service to figure out.

The old lady there is useless. Refuses to do her job. Works at Canada Post and refuses to follow Canada Post instructions by saying “i am not a canada post employee, I am a shopper’s employee.” If you can, get your mail sent to another location.

It's difficult for me to find words to describe my impressions. Canadian post delivered my driver's license to the mailbox I want a key for, but they won't give me one because I don't have a driver's license to prove my identity. Are you serious? What smart guy came up with these rules? Horror

Lazy workers, drivers don't even try to deliver package just give you notice.

The short, older lady is clearly not happy with her job. Terrible customer service. I came in with seemingly simple questions about sending letter mail, and was treated like I was from another planet. She refused to offer any solutions. I left with more questions than when I came in.

Worst post office in the city. I cringe every time a get a notice that I have to pick something up there. Parking lot is a gong show, employees do the absolute bare minimum of what is required of them in terms of customer service snd doing their actual job (they really dont give a rat's behind, and it shows), they don't know anything about anything, they are incredibly slow, and of course my item is not there at the stated time on my notice card so I have to go there again for a third time. Wish they would assign a different office to my residential area.

I needed help to send a package to my daughter who is at the army base in Borden, Ontario I applaud BARB!! She was amazing! So kind and helpful. She even stayed late to ensure the package was done up properly. Thank you BARB!!
