I recently went to Canada Post to pick up a parcel, but since I had just moved, my ID address didn’t match the parcel’s address, though the name did. After explaining the situation and showing additional ID, the employee reluctantly gave me the parcel but was dismissive, not responding when I apologized and thanked her. I understand the rules, but the interaction could have been more courteous.

Amazon drop offs are a piece of cake.
Waiting times are expected when you gotta wait… idk why there’s so many reviews about that.
Staff was nice and quick.

I tried to drop off amazon Return Product at canada Post. This guy named Jeremy is totally unprofessional and rude and doesn't even know those rules and procedures . Do it better, guys .

I went to return items today .
There's one girl with blonde black hairs she's very rude and didn't helped me in packing the items I told her that if you have packing fee I can pay but she said this time I will help you packing but from next time pack them from your house and she said that very rudely

I had a very bad experience with canada post as I went there before few days Regarding query to send an parcel to India and she told me the charges 350$ for 10 kg in 14 days and now when I go today there to deliver my parcel she told me the price is 680$ for 14 days and 389$ for 2-3 months without tracking number. It's ridiculous

The staff has been very helpful for us who are first timer. Some things to note: pack your items ahead of time because if you dont they will not provide you with tape or scissors. You can use any box in our case we bought a shoe box we just didnt close it as we tought that the items will be inspected but nope. There's a declaration though stating what items you will be sending. So, we bought a packaging tape costing $3.99. Price of shipping depends on the weight of items and size of box.

My package got stolen from the community mailbox. I am not sure if it was left open by the mail delivery person or actually vandalized. Upon contacting CP several times, they fixed mailbox but no investigation into what happened to missing parcel. No claim with the sender, no refund. I was told to go to police to report it and their tagline is postal security is of utmost importance.. Now that's a joke!

Canada post employee name Chanel, was so rude with me, she was keep on staring at me and when i asked her question regarding my postal charges, she didn’t clarify even i asked her 3-4 times and i end up paying more. No customer service. Ignore customers and not helpful at all.

It says open on holidays, I came from 20km it was closed, on google it was open
