I arrived at this post office before 8 pm on April 12, 2024 and it's still open (please check CCTV). Suddenly, a staff (a man, mid 40's, south Asian I guess) in that post office told me that the post office is closed and he didn't want to help me at all even though I already told him that I only need to send 1 document and I told him that I arrived before the post office was closed, but he didn't want to hear me at all. Finally I went to another post office inside London Drugs, Beddington, and it only took me no more than 2 minutes to finish the process. Imagine that if the guys in Shopper's Post Office helped me, he just need to spend 2 more minutes, instead of I have to spend much more gas to move to London Drugs. That guy was really not helpfull, and kind of lazy staff. Shoppers need to re-educate their staff again to be more meaningful, helpful, and friendly.

Always have had good service here! One of the staff even let us know that we had been using a higher stamp rate than needed.

This review is about canada post in general, the staff at this location were fine. A 16.50$ fuel surcharge for a package that weighs less than 5 pounds? I cant imagine how much tax they take in for a truckload, must be in the thousands. I send a letter to manitoba, it takes 4days, a package, 8 days, unless you pay thier extortion express fee. Really disappointed with canada post overall.

Worst Canada Post Office I've ever dealt with. Customer service was terrible, and the employee I dealt with was rude and generally unhelpful. They held my package for multiple days without notifying me or trying to deliver it. Once they finally did I tried to work with them based on my availability to come pick it up and was told they could offer no flexibility to help the customer. 0/10. Be smart. Get your packages sent somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible why is it every Canada post employee makes their own rules for what can go out I ship every 2 days multiple packages and every time this particular person is having what seems to be a bad day which is very often they decide to make it difficult for me. I have also seen this person "make their own rules" at the people in front of me aswell so it's not just me if you hate your job get a new one great job Canada post ?oh yea and stop being so rude to people it's absolutely ridiculous I hate how a couple of you at this location are so rude to certain people. Treat people right and maybe you would have an easier time in life and not be so miserable all the time just a thought ?

Were rude man i came lastnight to check if my package was there and he start raising his voice. I told him to atleast be nice and he yelled at me to watch my mouth. It an old guy. Bad customer service at all time.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had with Sameer. He was rude & just kept looking at his phone and laughing while I was trying to pick up my parcel. I reacted & had to go to the Canada Post delivery depot just to pick up mail and some were sent to this location only for them to send it back to the sender without my permission. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. ?

Went in to get postage and weigh my letters for Christmas the service was fast and pleasant with both azad and shirzad I hope I have the names right were very pleasent and helpfully couldn't ask for more

Do not go here. I came to pick up a package and this man, named Sameer said my name wasn't in the system and I have no package. 5 minutes later he found it. And I asked why it wasn't there before? He started arguing and yelling over me that I couldn't even hear myself. Gross customer service. It must be a Canada post thing? I've had the exact same experience at 2 other Canada posts. The training really must be something... lol

I've never been to a post office where an employee complains about a customer asking you to tape their envelope shut, and then tells them to do it themselves. Just an awkward interaction doesn't make any sense, you're a post office.

I was just reading a news story on my phone, I was very disappointed on hearing that Canada Post was not working hard enough to get parcels out. Well I will say they are the BEST I have never had a bad incident with them. I got a call last night from a friend to tell me my parcel will not be to me till January 4th. Well surprise there really is a pandemic out there and these postal workers put their life on the line for all of us. Maybe next time you are not happy I suggest you apply for a job.
