The Canada Post branch in question has demonstrated a consistent lack of professionalism and competence. The staff members display a concerning lack of knowledge and attention to detail, frequently misplacing or mishandling customer orders. Over the course of approximately one year residing in proximity to this branch, I have experienced numerous instances where packages have been returned to me for seemingly arbitrary or fabricated reasons.

Terrible.40$ to sent a small envelope to Edmonton and back.Man there didn't tell us that money order should only be paid by debit/cash and not credit card. Now we need to wait a few extra days for them to become active.Very passive behaviour and almost no desire to help us.Thanks for the service.

So much conflation of the delivery service and the post office itself. I go in regular enough and service has always been good.Canada post however can be frustrating. I've lived downtown for many years and if a signature is required they don't even bother trying. Just slip in the box and leave. Probably my least favorite delivery service.

They have to deliver my package at my home, but they added note in my mailbox stating collect the parcel from the store, which is far from my place.Then I went there and they were asking hard copy of the ID, I mean you are in 2023 ppl are going to moon and this guy is asking hard copy. Such a joke.Such a west of place. Don't try to go there.

Disgusting service.Му heavy parcel was not delivered to my house, instead drivers 2 time brought post notice, to pick it myself . I was at home all the time, but the drivers lied that they called me and I did not answer. Moreover, there was no call in my home phone caller list. And only numerous complaints to the customer service, I finally received my package, And it cost me a lot of nerves.

Was there to pick up a package today and was greeted by an older Asian woman. I was asked to show my ID which I did and then I was asked to provide a business card and when I told her that I did not have one she became rude and angry. In short, she responded with a lack of professionalism that I have unfortunately come to expect when dealing with Canada Post.
