Not open on heritage day which is fine but they should update their hrs or at least leave a phone number to contact

Terrible.40$ to sent a small envelope to Edmonton and back.Man there didn't tell us that money order should only be paid by debit/cash and not credit card. Now we need to wait a few extra days for them to become active.Very passive behaviour and almost no desire to help us.Thanks for the service.

Missing passport. Unable to know where is my package which is my passport. Going to miss my flight. Horrible experience.
