They shut their door at 8:30pm even though the market closes at 9pm on regular business days which is ridiculous. The lady who we spoke to, has no professional at all. She just wasted our time. The management should train their employees properly.

I went to this store and picked up shoes. I asked for new pair that lady said this is last and i was like okey i will take it. Box was completely shred bcoz of some animal ate it. I asked her to give me new box and she said if we switch box it will be final sale. I said okey give me bag bcoz I can’t carry broken box.she said she has to charge me for bag. I said your box is broken that’s why i need bag otherwise I should have just taken box. It is ridiculous that you are charging customer for a bag bcoz your box is broken.they ended up loosing a customer today just bcoz of $1 bag. Staff need some training poor customer experience.

I went to this specific location since my online order were delivered to this store last Thursday. I told the staff that my email receipt was deleted already but i showed her my ID for verification and she found my order and had no problem with it. Now, I tried the shoes on but unfortunately the design doesn’t fit me. So I asked if I can return it and exchange it with another one. She asked me if do I have the receipt WHICH i told her earlier that it has been deleted already. I asked for any help that they can provide me since I ordered it via afterpay and even showed them the order receipt I have. The manager was there and I asked her if is there something else they can do about it. But NO help was given. Didn’t even bother to give an extra mile of costumer service. It doesn’t make sense for me why they can’t do anything about it and just left me hanging. So I left the store and I didn’t even bother to bring the item with me. I think it’s the manager or supervisor idk really but I think they should be trained with costumer service ethics. Worst experience!!

Went to this store yesterday and I am very happy with the purchase and the overall experience! I bought a pair of shoes a few years ago, loved them and wore them into obliteration - so, I knew I was going to get something good there. I do have to point out a great customer service from Kemi - she was friendly, and also very efficient in checking and finding the right sizes for my picks :)

Bought shoes from here recently and not even two weeks later they started falling apart! It’s now been a month and they are completely unwearable. I didn’t even wear them that often! Total waste of money :(

Awesome service, great collection. Getting right size was an issue for almost all the shoes/sandals that I liked but they offered to check online and send it to address if it were available online. S/o to the girl working on Sunday evening - April 4 (couldnt get their name but long-black hair, medium-built, black jacket), so very patient and helpful even though store was busy.

I recently purchased some shoes through a store in chinook mall and got them ordered to my house because they didn’t have my size in store.HOWEVER of course the estimated date of arrival is AFTER my dress fitting. Sooooo I call my friend and I ask if she can go to market mall (super out of the way for both of us) and pick up the shoes in whatever colour just the right size and my plan was to return them after the dress fitting.I make my way out there on the only day I have to run errands, with receipt in hand and unfortunately (this part is my fault) I needed my friend debit card in order make this return..I then look clearly distraught and stressed and said “that’s a shame because market mall is super far from where I live.” THIS IS THE REVEIW PORTION IM MOST CONCERNED ABOUT. The sales associate then proceeds to laugh at me and tell me I could’ve gone to any store. My sister calls at the perfect time so I am able to escape my embarrassment as quickly as possible.Long story for a short drink of water, am I right?Point is I probably won’t be going back not only because it is far (not their fault), but because their customer service skills need work.2 stars because I’m sure there are decent sales associates who work there I just didn’t meet any of them :)

Never shopping here...they lost a $100 sale because of their stubbornness.I was purchasing 2 bags...they were the last 2 they did not have new ones at the back and even though one was a gift I agreed to purchase it because she was going to wrap it in a clear bag and tissues ...once I was ready to pay I think she was the manager she asked me if I have a bag with me to put the purses in it or do I want to purchase a bag!!!!!!Excuseeee me ...who's going to walk in the mall with empty bags in their hand? Its the stores responsibility to accommodate the customers..it would be common sense to have bags for the customers...and incase you ran out then you shouldn't be forcing customers to purchase the reusable bags....I don't know any store in any mall that does this. Was not happy with that attitude..she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience..Basically that's what it is you want it or you don't. RUDE

Garrick has to be one of the most amazing sales person ever! I was just killing time and not wanting anything. We had a conversation and I felt he knew my style and got me all these shoes to try one. I had never met someone who got everything I wanted and more. Best customer services I had in a long time. I recommend everyone to shop at this location.
