Ordered online and shipped from this location. Shirt arrives with the security tag still on. I wanted the shirt for a trip I’m taking next week so wanted them to ship another ASAP so it gets here in time and I’ll send this one back (I live 5 hours from the nearest store). Call customer service and am told to just take the tag off myself. Ok cool so if it rips while I’m doing that you’ll take back a ripped shirt? No. But they’ll happily wait until my shirt is mailed back and send me a new one… even though I was clear that it was a time sensitive matter. Then he tells me to take it to Walmart and they’ll take the tag off for me. What? Pretty ridiculous all around. Customer service agent was pleasant but a complete waste of time.

SCAM ALERT!!!
These guys just scammed me for at least $200. I have a boat with a 50hp outboard. Little engine, not much oil or work to do on it. They took the boat in, opened the engine cowl, and let it sit in the shop. I went through the store then returned to the shop. I saw the boat through the window, still in the same condition I left it. I sat on a bench for another hour, nothing, and nobody in the shop. Then, I heard the engine. It took about 20 minutes between engine start and getting the boat out of the shop. The surprise was when I was shown a $431 invoice. They said that the labour is $110 per hour. That’s ok, but nobody worked for more than 30 minutes on the boat, including manipulation. That bill was for a very expensive parking and half of my day wasted.
By the way, I have a truck with a 6.7 engine and never paid that much for an oil change.

Went buy a bunch of items and pay for some of it with gift card from cabelas but was told they can't accept it. They are owned by same company. Will never go there again. Cashier didn't care at all. Nor did her manager.
