I like to search out the prices of products I want to get at your store. I don't want you to shop for me or deliver the product. I don't even need to get a particular location. I do this at all my stores but your site doesn't give me a chance to do that. Your flyer will say 15% off but what are the prices? it is so upsetting that you make me visit your store in person to get an idea of the prices!

Stay away. Took my parents there today for seniors day. My mom asked one of the staff “excuse me where are the jelly beans?”. I caught the man stocking shelves call my 80 year old mother a b#&ch for asking where the jelly beans are. Inexcusable behaviour. We visited the store Wed Dec 20th. Stay away. Pay 15% more not to have your senior mother abused.

If I were to rate the store on from convenience and availability perspective, I would give it 5-stars, however the store's sustainability program is flawed. If you want to refill a glass or plastic container, it has to be COMPLETELY clean - even if you're refilling it with the same product. Not only that, but you have to get your container weighed - even if it's been previously weighed and still has the weight on the container. This means you have to (potentially) wait in line to get your container weighed AGAIN, fill up your product, and then wait in line AGAIN to pay. My advice, if you can find the product you want at a different 'refill store', give them your business because refilling at Bulk Barn is a royal pain in the a$$!

Excellent selection of nuts, spices, and candies to buy in bulk. Me and my partner went in a couple of nights ago to buy some snacks, and when we passed by an employee (older man with gray hair, was setting up the floor cleaner), he swore and laughed at us in disbelief. We were confused and appalled, quickly leaving with what we had. Unacceptable behavior.
