Received a negative attitude from them. Seem like they don’t afraid to loose clients.Simply letting them know that we didn’t need to certain services, turned out the all gray hair lady stared at me.Such a worst service ever I received from them.

My husband, myself and now our adult children have been dealing with the owners for years. I can not express how competent, courteous and accomplished the owners and staff are. Our experience over the years is the price quoted is the price you pay or lower. In today's world with all of our hectic and busy lives, this business values your time and treats their customers with the utmost respect in a professional and friendly manner. I would completely recommend this business!

Extremely disorganized from when you walk in the door. Should have taken the hint from the multitude of people who came in complaining of service. They processed my return in a timely fashion then forgot to send it to the government. They charged me double what they quoted me without notice. Extremely over-priced. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Amount of return quoted out over 1k, then penalized over 1k Jan 2015 as all T4's given not included, and are lost from my file. Only compensation offered was free prep this year NO THANKS!!! Would rather write my usual positive review but couldn't for any reason here.
