I went in to buy a pair of Japanese selvedge demin pants, the in store staff was very helpful and helped me pick the best pair for me. Great experience!

Wished i read the reviews first. Told them to cancel order, but nope, sent and charge for item regardless.
Not going to risk sending it back and find out i am just going to get in store credit (as mention from other reviewer).
Seems like owner/manager doesnt trust in store staff with online orders, hence the huge disconnect and slow email response.
Going to eat the loss instead, for peace of mind. Now i know why they sold the store in Vancouver.

Who would buy a $800 pair of boots from a place that has no return policy for a full credit? You're buying these things sight unseen. Never trying them on before. You can at best only get a store credit. I have sent numerous emails without getting 1 response. Find another place to buy things. They sell NOTHING you cannot get from someone else. Pay attention to the other reviews. They speak volume. Not sure how this place stays in business.

After shopping at this store for soooo many years I will never buy anything from them again & it’s mostly because of one Sales Person. He has absolutely zero customer service skills, always treats you like an inconvenience that you even came into his store to look at stuff & talks to you like you are child. I have zero clue how he still around at that store after so many years. Many of my friends stopped shopping at the store because of him as well.

Sorry for coming into your store and asking for help? Went in asking for a wallet and all I got was the sense I was inconveniencing the person working. What a joke of a store, never going back.

I had a great experience putting an item on hold as Brooklyn Clothing processed my exchange. The selection is excellent since they carry so many Japanese and American brands most stores do not carry in Canada, let alone Alberta.For people complaining about price, you are shopping at the wrong store. If you want to buy $80 jeans - check out the Cross Iron Outlet Mall.
