Good little strip mall. RBC, Sunterra Market, Starbucks, Village Ice Cream etc. Parking is ok but getting worse due to neighborhood parking permits being put in. Britannia Wine Merchants is a very good store. Lots of local craft beer selections.DMack

I was just walking around and eating some sowanches.Britannia Plaza has that nice 1937 Warsaw feel. Very Kitchy and charming like the olden times long....long ago.The people around there seem veery nice and super switched on and handsome moms in BMW X7M's eveeryweer.Didn't like the bookstore. Veery subversive and non-mainstream titles. Like old Soviet Rassia. Lots of feminism titles and stuff.Shoe store was greet. Starbucks was greet.Liquor store has Maccabees beer. Liquor store has a DIVINe collection of Portuhuese Selcetions. The premier Liquor selections.The Taquieria sign is super kitschy and understated. Subterranean has the best cookies evveer. *subterra**Lina's is greet. The sowanches shop is greet. Is has Montreal sowanches.Lonas has theer very own Pasquale signing in the middle to all the retirees at lunch.

Beautiful shopping plaza. Everything was neat and clean, benches to sit on, and a good variety of shops and restaurants.

Businesses are great and very convenient.The plaza on the other hand does not make sense. They have a huge parking space on the back that almost entirely reserved to the staff!? Leaving only the limited front parking to the customers and that often will have no free stalls.now it is also a paid parking!It is like you don’t want people to shop there. I stopped going there for my morning coffee and now go across the street to the Italian market.

Though it was 8 at night on sunday, still huge lineupWe waited about 30mins.The staff was very friendly, kept asking us to try out the varieties before actually ordering.We all had a great experience on this ice cream parlor.
