I have never been disappointed shopping here. Professionals that really know their products. Incredibly helpful, not pushy. They carry all the top names (in my opinion). If they don’t have it when you visit, chances are they can get it.

Worst service ever. The staff knows absolutely nothing about watches. I bought a $12,000 watch 9 months ago that has never worked. Now they want me to trade it in for credit at a lesser value. Scam artists. No wonder Rolex dumped them.

I usually don’t like reviews but I’m writing this review for “Deven” one of the sales associate. He is one the experience and knowledgeable person when it comes to watches. I really had good experience buying watch with him in store. Kudos to Deven and Brinkhaus.

Bro, I was literally living in front of the store at an apartment and I didn’t not even think it was a luxury watch shop. I thought of some jewelry like gold and silver but it is crazy.

Brinkhaus is a classy joint and one of my favourite places to visit and talk shop. The latest reno turned out fantastic and is very welcoming. The team is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. But most importantly, they prioritize relationship building rather than transactional sales, which I highly value. They take time to get to know their clients and work together as team to deliver a seamless experience for their clients. Bravo Brinkhaus, and special thanks to Deven for being our go-to.

Irina, the outstanding manager, and in the past Vijay have always provided sage advice and platinum level service in providing various Nautilis and other highly desired Patek watches to me. Highly recommended. I also had the opportunity to have dinner with their Vice President and gain more insight into this quality brand.
