I hope the owner can see the quality of their work. Where is quality control before return the car someone. Been waiting to for them to fix their bad job but it’s been a while now. Don’t ask me to contact your manager. I got sent around and have to wait for approval from this person and that person. Insurance already approved to getIt done in the first place. This is a terrible job that Boyd had done and need to be fix but still need more approval.

I am going to be honest here. I had an insurance claim that was repaired by concourse collision that was then bought by boyds. The repair had started to fail and I returned to Boyd’s to have it fixed under the lifetime warranty.So first time it was in I got the van back with runs of clear coat. So I returned and they admitted it was not done right. Then they took it back in they knocked the runs down and sanded but never polished it. So you could see perfect lines. I gave up after this and had it polished out by another body shop. Both times the bad repair was very noticeable. I would not have made this review if it had been fixed after the runs. Everyone makes mistakes but doing a substandard repair a second time is an issue for me.I assume they did it as cheap as possible because it was under the lifetime warranty and this was not a money maker for them as it was under the warranty and the original repair was by the business they purchased not by them.

Lacking in customer service. Perhaps too big to care. Tried to get a quick quote on damage to my truck. They would not look at it without an appointment and the next appointment was 2 weeks. Yet I was the only customer in the office. It would have taken them 10 minutes to look at it. Anyway, just my opinion. I took my truck to Chrysler collision. They looked at it immediately and I had a quote in my hand next day. Guess who got the business.

December 1, 2022, I called Boyd located 3520 32 Street NE Calgary, to book an appointment to get damaged inspected and quoted. • I gave full details of the details of the at fault incident. • I Provided the insurance reference # • Booked inspection for December 12, 2022. We get to the appointment and they advise that we need a police sticker. This is something that should have been requested at time of initial booking. We get the police sticker and call Boyd back to re-book for December 28th. We did not get the quote back until January 4th after calling several times requesting the quote. January 11th, I sent approval to Boyd for all repairs and asked them to let me know how long they require to complete the repairs so I could book a rental. Katya responded on January 12th, that they could not accommodate due to the size of the van and told me to call another Boyd location. Today (January 12, 2023) I called Boyd located at 1201 42 Ave SE and they advised they probably couldn’t do it either. My question is why did this not know this at the time of inspection. They inspected the van on 2 separate times. Due to this inconvenience, I now have to start again with the quoting process. As customers, we will understand that sometimes there are limitations. But to quote and go through the steps and then 1 ½ months later find out you can’t do the work is just poor customer service.

I've heard nothing but good things about Boyd's from a lot of people, and would not hesitate or question their ability to complete work to your satisfaction. Love the customer service!

I cannot rave enough of the professionalism and expertise that this location has! Carl and Ellie made sure I was updated every step of the way in regards to my vehicles repair. Alysha was on top of ensuring all my parts arrived in swift manner. The paint and body work done on my vehicle was next to none. My vehicle was picked up 10x cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I am truly thankful and impressed by every aspect of this experience. They not only know their stuff but excelled in it. Thank you again to the entire team at Boyd 42nd!

Came into Boyd's after my Santa Fe was rear ended by a Peter Built truck. Visable damage was minimal, but alot unseen. They did a beautiful job repainting my rear hatch, and replacing the lower bumper, as well as all the backing. What I didn't expect was the super quick turn around. I had my car back in 4 days. And, they also did an interior detail. So, not only does the outside of my car look new, the interior does as well. Staff was really friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended.Services: Painting

These guys did a great repair on a warranty job for me. They fixed a mistake that was made by another Boyd autobody shop that has been closed recently. The manager fixed the mistake that someone else made, now that is great customer service. Thanks guys

My mom and I had such a great experience taking our car to Boyd Autobody & Glass. From the very moment we first called and inquired to the moment we drove away with our repaired car, we felt at ease.The staff was exceptionally helpful, informative and professional and their customer service was second to none.We took our car in to get the bumper repaired and they were quick, helpful and did a seamless job! Not only did we get our car back repaired perfectly but we got a clean car inside and out.We are very happy with our experience and the service we got there. Boyd Autobody is such a great place to take your car! One of the mechanics, Al, is such a great guy. He did such great and fast work on my car (and made sure I didn’t pay for extras I didn’t need!) The front end staff were super kind and lovely throughout everything. I would highly recommend this auto-body shop for any car maintenance you need - they are awesome!
