I took my BMW to Boyd’s to get a quote for a rear bumper repair and some deep scratches and I was first greeted by Yvonne and she was very pleasant on the phone and when I showed up at the shop. She passed me along to Nick and within a few minutes he came back with a quote that was unbelievably low for the repairs to my BMW and nothing is cheap when it comes to BMW’s!
So I paid for the parts and waited a couple of weeks to let them get the parts they needed for the repair.
I was a bit concerned about how long I might be without a car. That is when Tom called me and reassured me that they understood my concerns and would have the repairs done ASAP!
He phoned me back after I dropped the car off and told me that he was going to get the car repaired in a short time frame. I next head back from Ton in 1 day after I dropped the car off!
I was amazed at the workmanship that was done by the technician(s) and how clean the work was! You couldn’t tell if there was any damage that I could have chosen to add to the quote that I decided to decline.
So thanks for your AMAZING SERVICE and for keeping me informed about the status of the repair work and then the FANTASTIC job that was done!
I highly recommend you consider Boyd’s for any repairs that you might need to be done, well and in a short turnaround time!
Thank you Yvonne, Nick and Tom for such a positive job and getting the job done as quickly as you did!

All the staff were friendly and professional from the front desk to the shop. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone seeking autobody services.

I absolutely recommend Boyd’s!A couple years ago I had them fix damage to my truck after being rear ended. They were not on the list my insurance company wanted me to go to, but I insisted that I wanted to go here. Great job, friendly staff. I was there again last week to fix a door handle.
