The Manager and team do not know how to treat their clients. The Manager and sales guy walked away talking to us while discussing a potential trade in deal. We understand if you are not interested in a deal but one should have the decency to not walk away from a client while talking to send them away. Pathetic experience, its better to pay a premium and buy from from a big dealership.

If you’re looking to buy a car, I’d recommend this place, Jim was excellent in helping me navigate my needs. Also his non-pushy sales approach just makes it that much more welcoming and wanting to buy from them.
After buying a car, shortly after the AC wasn’t producing cold air, brought it in and they recharged it for free, when I’m sure other dealerships would have said “not our problem” or something along the lines.
Highly recommend.

Looking to purchase a car for my daughter, Jim was very personable and a no pressure sales approach, which is a nice change in the used car market, and there were no hidden surprises at the end when it came to negotiate a price. The price was fair and the car is exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend to anyone in the car market.

They are truly fantastic friendly people and amazing at what they do. I am a very proud owner of an SUV in great condition because I believe customer service is their top priority and I felt they had my best interest every step of the way!

Had a great experience with the team at Bonnybrook Auto. Jim is a fantastic person to work with! I told him what I wanted and what my budget was he did not try to pressure me into buying anything other than what I set as my parameters nor did he try to upsell anything else (insurance, etc) that I didn't want. There were a couple of issues with the vehicle right after I bought it and when it was brought to Jim and Jamal's (Jamal is the owner), they rectified the situation right away by contacting the mechanics who did the original inspection to set up a time for me to come back with the vehicle. There was no expectation from me to pay for the issues as it was noticed on my way home after purchasing it. The only reason I am not giving a 5-star is because of the length of time it took to get everything fixed...it took about 1.5 months, and I had to drive back and forth (an expensive endeavour considering the cost of gas and my time). The human service at Bonnybrook Auto was definitely a 5-star experience. The whole team there are nice, polite and professional, I have already recommended them to friends who have been looking for a car and they will be my first stop when my family is in need of a new-to-us vehicle in the future.

John and his colleagues are great; they sold me a 2011 Gand Cherokee for a great deal, and they impressed me more when they delivered the car full of gas and fully detailed.

My response; my contract says bonnybrook auto sale.
The worst place you can go to buy a car, they told us to go from Edmonton for an specific car and once we got there they told us that's not available, end up buying a car that the loan is twice the value of the car (my first experience buying a car in Canada so I had no idea) now I am stuck with a car and loan that I can't get out, the card is absolutely a junk and on my way back to Edmonton the same day all the light were on, specifically engine light. Haven't been able to get a hold of them since then. This is not right to destroy someone life.

Jim and Jamal were outstanding Jim my sales rep a straight shooter and man of his word when he tells you he will do something he ALWAYS FOLLOWS THROUGH and Jamal the owner going out of his way with his sales rep jim to make certain my kids had a safe quality vehicle.They have never once lied or tried to duck me making sure everything was corrected and Suitable for my family. Was better service that a new car sales lot would provide. I will be recommending them always. They never washed their hands of me or my girls bless these men
