I really want to talk to the manager. I purchased a sofa almost three weeks ago. Mona who is responsible for the delivery doesn’t answer her phone at all. Please correct me if I am wrong, what kind of customer service is that?
I am going to ask for the refund due to the poor customer service.

Thanks to Stewart and his team for continuing to provide great sales and service. We have been shopping here for years and recently purchased our third consecutive living room ensemble. Bondar's went out of their way to ensure delivery to our BC address was flawless.

I wouldn't recommend this store... I purchased a couch and chair from here which I did pick up myself. However when I got home I did notice that one of the metal connectors for a leg was bent out of shape. This prevented the leg from being attached properly and safely to the couch.
I sent an email inquiring about if they maybe could provide a replacement part or just where I could procure one since this is not a standard part (it's a bit unique) and got no response (over a week). Since I picked it up myself I understand I take the liability for not checking properly, but to not get a response even if it's just "we can't help, but here's the contact for the manufacturer" is ridiculous.
This is on top of being charged the wrong amount initially and needed to be refunded due to this error. (People have off days and that's totally fine) Also when I asked for an email receipt months ago in store it was never sent. (Inquired 2 separate times about this) Third time I asked it was finally sent.
I feel like I'm asking for the bare minimum here... Each of these things might be fine on their own, but the volume of the issues isn't great. I don't think my expectations here are unreasonable.

We purchased two Palliser leather reclining chairs Dec 2022 and received March 2023. These chairs required replacement due to defective structure, which we received Jan 2024. However, those chairs as well were defective and required replacement. Customer service offered an instore credit for the entire purchase price-awesome-so we could select new recliners. Unfortunately selection has been significantly reduced and the options were more expensive, less comfortable, and leather color selection to fit our decor scheme was not available. We suggested replacing with same chairs OR negotiating a reduced refund and returning the faulty chairs. This was declined and we were offered $500 instore credit for our "troubles". Perhaps Bondars should carry quality products, as they charge substantial money for their goods. Perhaps this is already the case with less selection of recliner chairs. But that does not help our situation in that we have two expensive recliners that are defective.

I have a decades-old Palliser Recliner on which a footrest spring broke.
Bondars went out of their way to help me acquire a replacement. HATS OFF to Bondars AND Palliser for superb service !

I love the atmosphere and home furnishings that Bondars carries. I just returned 2 beautiful lamps that didn't suit my living room. The return was easy and the staff was very pleasant. They also have an amazing fabric department and are very helpful. They were very helpful ordering items for me in the past and have a great selection of large items to small hostess or birthday presents. I love this place.

Very bad purchasing experience!! The salesperson was very enthusiastic and the quality of the furniture on display was also very good. But Received defective furniture with extremely poor service and it could no be reordered. Like to buy or not
