I recently had a fantastic experience at BMW Royal Oak! While things started off a bit rocky due to a mishap with a sales associate, another associate, Elvis, stepped in and took incredible care of me. I don’t judge a business by their mistakes, but by how they handle them when they’re made—and BMW Royal Oak went above and beyond.
After Elvis got involved, everything ran smoothly. Today, I took delivery of my new G80 xDrive, and the team at Royal Oak truly made it a memorable moment. They had a beautiful setup with a bow, car cover, and even streamers to celebrate. The whole experience was special and made me feel like a valued customer. As a long-time Mercedes owner, I’m excited to say I’m officially a BMW guy now. Thanks to the team at Royal Oak for making it such a positive experience!

I'm waiting in line alone to be called because I came to the dealership to have my car checked. No one has called me in over fifteen minutes of waiting. All of the service advisor are doing nothing but standing there. Then an elderly woman inquired, Have you received assistance? At that moment, I received a call. Seirra Milla, the service advisor, had a terrible attitude toward customer service and was extremely rude.

Great experience buying our car at BMW Gallery with Devita and Jun Kim, they helped us find the right car and made the experience from beginning to finish seamless. They seemed like people who actually cared about their customers compared to just wanting to sell a car.
The delivery was smooth and easy as well. Bonus points for the nice waiting area and great coffee.
Thanks again to Devita and Jun to making this experience so memorable.

Update - Had the worst customer experience with the advisor Sierra Milan for my car service today which I find completely unacceptable. I will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Santhiago was so personable, friendly, respectful and super helpful when we got our car. He made the appointments worthwhile and was always communicating every detail each step of the way. He definitely understands top notch customer service. If you are shopping for a BMW at this location, please ask for Santhiago and thank me later. Thank you for another great experience. We love our new car.

Ugh. Zero help for us after purchasing a used X1. Took it in for specific work - driveline fluids swap. That’s it. Day 1 was a comprehensive diagnosis that recommended $4500 in work. Day 2 nothing happened. Day 3 they finally did the work requested.
Then there was the request for a replacement key. After a week or so I called and they said it was unavailable from the factory. Well that was good to know!
Just in the biz to milk customers without a good understanding of their car.
