I visited Calgary BLS Office. Although it was little tough to get the appointment but the girl at reception was very helpful and courteous (sorry, I didn't get her name). Amandeep Kaur assisted me in checking all the documents and submitting them. Amandeep was very nice, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process....
