This last week 3 reps in the Mobility section spent hours getting data from my ancient I5 to newer Samsung. And after they succeeded, they didn't charge because they had not sold me anything! All 3 were delightful people, fun to chat with, knew their stuff. Took longer because they were intermittently busy with other customers.... read full comment

Amazing customer service. Bill and Francisco were very helpful helping me find earbuds and dealing with price match issues. I am so grateful 10/10 fully reccomend this best buy. best one in calgary by far (thank you so much)

We had a great customer service by Jane, she was friendly and knowledgeable. My brother trade in his Samsung phone and we bought some earbuds.
