Very likely the worst experience I've ever had buying a new cell phone. I recently had an iPhone and I bought an Android Google phone and had to go back three times in order for them to try and transfer data one trip back they had four people working on it. They lost half my information. I went back in to exchange the phone and go back to an iPhone and they wanted me to pay for the iPhone after I paid cash for the Google phone. Nothing but a bunch of scammers in my opinion. They will be hearing from my lawyer. I want my money back for the Google phone and I will buy an iPhone elsewhere.

WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!
The Assistant Store Manager (Cory) does not deliver customer service and his Team Leader (Jackii) will go above and beyond NOT to provide customer service. It took an hour and a half to get a screen protector installed through a “protection” plan the we pay monthly. Gone are the days of management apologies when their staff is not able to apologize for their mistakes or lack of customer service. We have and continue to communicate with head office regarding this negative experience.
Save yourself frustration by NOT going to this store!!!!!

Not a great place to just browse and fill yourself in on the latest tech. While it's amazing customer service to have a dozen bright eyes sales associates ask you if you need help, that does not need to happen every 10 or so feet. This store has a lot to look at but id recommend having a mission or you're gonna get addressed 20 times by someone in blue.

One of my friends bought a 500 dollar electric scooter and it didn't even work. Be aware that this location could have items that don't even work, and this means Best Buy doesn't even check if the tech works.

My most recent visit to this location was very unpleasant.
After paying for my item, I was stopped on my way out of the store. I was verbally accosted by an employee who asked if I paid for my item and insisted that he inspect the receipt.
I was quite taken aback because I have been doing business in this location for the 4 years, and I have never seen anyone stopped and asked to provide a receipt.
After showing my receipt and having it inspected, I left the store feeling quite unsettled. I decided to go back to the store and return the item.
While waiting I observed several persons leaving the store without being asked to show a receipt.
I will not continue to do business with or support a store whose employees show blatant discrimination.

Came in to purchase an item. Found the card showing the Item wanted to purchase for under $300. I brought it to the cashier and said we would have to order the product. Offered said they have another location. Miss leading customers they have items on their location. The sales advisor needs help with sales. Staff are lost chatting with each other. Instead of greeting customers walk around. Bought item Canadian tire. Or go to other location

Upon coming in "Layli" from the front entrance already showing 5star customer service. While, "Mike" made an effort to double check the item that we are looking for to make more easier. And for the final transaction at the cashier: "Andrea" was very patient on explaining things about the protection plan we purchased for the item. They made all are visit and shopping experience exceptional!

Called at this store today and what an experience. I’m 62yrs of age and from the first step in the store to leaving all the staff were absolutely amazing. I haven’t had so much fun in a long while, and the information from Gavin in the tv section was awesome. I bought a tv and a few other things Thanks to all the staff for a great experience.

Today we went to return our Dyson v8 vacuum that we had a protection warranty through Best Buy and they turn us away telling us it has to be done online. I purchased this protecting plan from Best Buy who said it’s sooo easy to return and exchange this vacuum just come in and we exchange or give you store credit. This store did nothing but turn us away and said to go online and mail it in. We will never do business with this location ever again. Deerfoot meadows store took us in and helped us with the exchange in store and were fantastic. Thank you DEERFOOT MEADOWS!

Regretting going to this location. I specifically drove here because my local Bestbuy was out of stock for a carpet cleaner I wanted and I didn't want to purchase from my local Canadian Tire. That being said... once I entered this location I started looking at cell phones. Someone approached me and started answering my questions about the cost of the new Google pixel pro 9 xl. He told me the price was $35 dollars a month for 24 months with, with a $100 dollar buyout at the end of the term through freedom mobile. It didn't seem right, but after asking him to confirm the numbers, he insisted he was correct and sat me down waiting for someone to take my order. As I suspected... the payout went from $100 to $659 after waiting 10 minutes. A sincere apology from the senior cell salesman probably would have went a long way, but he just told me that's the price as he got up to walk away. Will NOT be returning to this location.

Don’t recommend buying gaming computers here as of 3 years ago I had to exchange 5 times and worst part the one I’m using now from them still has issues save yourself the headache and buy from a reputable computer store

I had an excellent experience at BestBuy Shawnessy thanks to Mustafa, a sales associate who truly knows his stuff. His in-depth knowledge of electronics, especially TVs and soundbars, was impressive. Mustafa took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between TV technologies and helped us select the best TV for our home.
The service we received here far exceeded our experience at Costco and Walmart, where the sales associates were unable to provide us with useful information about their products. Mustafa’s expertise made all the difference.
Thank you, BestBuy, for the outstanding service. Highly recommended!
