We went into Best Buy Northland to purchase a new induction Range. Cory listened to what we needed and outlined different options that would be best for us. Then showed us different brands that would be good fit based on what we were looking for. We purchased a Range that was perfect for our needs. Once again 5 star service. Thanks Cory for all the help.

I once purchased an SD card at Best Buy, and found that my 3D Printer cannot read it. I returned it to Best Buy, but they told me that I cannot return it once I purchased it. I asked them if that means that I just deserve to spend over and over again to buy SD card over and over again while my 3D Printer still cannot read any of these SD cards. They are just simply not able to have the SD card returned.

I had a bad experience with a manager. A trainee told me that my item couldn't be canceled at the moment, so he asked the manager. The manager then told the trainee to figure it out on their own and insulted me by using the phrase 'blah blah' in front of me. I was shocked by her rudeness, and I felt that it was somewhat racist. I will never forget this rudeness from the female Caucasian-Canadian manager.

I visited this branch in the geek squad department for them to check out a minor error in my laptop. The assistant didn’t even look at my laptop, they went through one of the settings for a minute. And then said I can either get a motherboard fix for 400$ or reinstall my OS for 200$, which none of them was necessary. I later fixed my laptop on my own using a forum. Absolute lazy service ! Sorry to waste my time here.

I went in to buy a home theater setup. I don't know anything about home theater stuff so I asked an attendant for help. You can tell right away that I know nothing about home theater equipment. I work nights, so I couldn't get someone to come set it up for me till a week later, that's when I found out I didn't even need half the stuff they sold me, they ended up selling me over $2000 worth of products and extended warranties that I didn't even need. They either have absolutely no idea about the products they sell, or they were taking advantage of my lack of home theater knowledge to get themselves a bigger commission, either way I feel like I was scammed and I'm never shopping there again
